I didn't get through on my first try calling Metropro so I left a voicemail, to my surprise Joe (who tried to return my call) sent me a polite and informative text message with all the info I needed to make my decision. Once we connected over the phone, Joe took all my info. and set up my pick up for a friend inside Newark airport. When I sent Joe a text asking if everything went well , he replied in less than a minute , and told me exactly where the car was, and the estimated time of arrival at my destination. I booked the Limo Bus for my team's holiday party last week and we were all blown away by the comfort, cleanliness and ease of booking with Metro Pro. The owner Joe called me personally to finalize everything and his driver Christopher was very friendly and professional. The trip was smooth and we had a great time. There were 18 of us on the limo bus and it was comfortable(we brought several boxes along with us and there was room to spare.) the bus was booked for about a 1.5 hour ride each way to the venue where our party was and everyone wanted to stay on the bus and keep partying on there!!! I was advised to turn on my phone as soon as I landed and sure enough, I had a text from Kashif, my driver, letting me know that he was in the parking area. When I collected my bags, I sent him a text and he met me outside in a couple of minutes. A smooth, quick, quiet ride to Wall Street. Love that I can pay in advance, with tip included. No sooner than turning on my phone after landing in Newark, I had a text from our driver Terry. A shiny, pristine late model Town Car provided a smooth, comfortable ride to our hotel on the upper east side. Terry was extremely professional and courteous, just the right amount of conversation. I wish I could've hired him to be our driver all weekend, because the car service we used in Long Island a couple of days later was a total nightmare in comparison. If you're looking for a car service in NYC, search no more! I cannot say enough great things about this company. From my initial call with Lori (she's awesome) to the trip to the airport, perfection! I recently took a trip with five girlfriends, and scheduled Metropro to pick us up from JFK to deliver us to our apartment in Manhattan. Our flight from LA was delayed several times, and upon calling Joe to let him know about the delays, he stated that he was aware because they were tracking our flight by the info I provided during the initial booking. Our flight was delayed yet again, and the airline offered to pay for our Uber from the airport to our apartment. Metropro was so accommodating when I called to cancel, but fortunately we were able to convert the reservation to our return trip to the airport. Our driver arrived 10 minutes early, in an impeccable SUV, complete with water and snacks. He was polite, professional, and a great driver. We used MP Limo for a round trip to LGA from Jersey City and were very happy with the service. They were early the day we left and at the airport waiting when we landed. We went with a curbside pickup and were greeted with a text after the plane landed. At no point did we feel rushed even though it took us almost 45 minutes to get our bags. Another great experience with MetroPro Limousine service, I was so pleased the first time (I had previously used their service to drop me off at Newark airport and pick me up on my return and the drivers were wonderful then - prompt, courteous, and a safe ride), that I called again. Every facet was wonderful so I must comment on it all... The service is perfect. I again spoke to Joe to make the arrangements, as I did the last time. He is extremely courteous and very efficient. In fact, one day before I was scheduled to leave this time, I was able to change my pick up time to 15 minutes earlier because I was concerned that traffic might be bad this time to LaGuardia airport because it was the day before Memorial Weekend. On our day of departure, there had been an accident but our driver, Mario, had already figured out an alternative route to get us there and we made it to the airport in lightning fast time - Thank you, Mario, for a great ride in unbelievable time during bad traffic. Also, we had a great conversation with you, which helped distract a nervous flyer a bit and I really appreciate that too ;) On our arrival home to LaGuradia, before we even got to our gate, while we were taxiing on the runway, I turned my phone on and already had a text from our driver, Kashif, identifying himself and asking me to text him after we got our luggage from the baggage claim. They are doing renovations at LaGuardia and my husband and I were unsure where we should go after that and I texted Kashif that I was panicking a bit because I didn't know where we were to go to meet him. He called me on the phone and assured me that he would find us, even if it meant that he'd have to go around again, and not to worry at all. We explained where we were, from what we could identify because neither of us is familiar with the airport, and we also tried to tell him what we looked like. Kashif found us in a couple of minutes :D Kashif is extremely polite, very professional, and a great driver!
