Utilized the services of Metropro car service to travel to and from JFK from Bergen County. On our return from Europe our U.S. phone carrier (Verizon) didn't recognize our phones or allow us to connect with the network for quite a while, we received one text message from our driver, Garo, notifying us he was within the airport which we were unable to answer. He then patiently waited for us while, unbeknownst to him, we found another passenger with a working phone to reply. I'm convinced that any other service we could have used would have left and billed us as a no-show. Though a bit more expensive on paper than others Metropro's staff are extremely helpful, friendly and above all professional. They're worth every penny. our family used this limo service for the first time for our christmas vacation. from NJ to NY (JFK). They were very professional and on time picking us up. Returning to JFL from florida, we had some drama. since we were supposed to meet up at the passenger pick up lane, our family was waiting for him, and some other hispanic taxi driver pulled up and told me that he was from metro. But our savior, JOE came finally and picked us up. He also, told that guy to back off, and got all of our bags off of his SUV. I would be careful, specially at JFK. maybe Metro limo should put customers last name on the window or something. Over all, the experience was good. I used Metropro for a surprise night out in the city with my girl one night, so I needed everything to be perfect and right on point.. At arrival (15 mins early) I saw that the car was in pristine condition inside and out, and the driver was vriendly and very personable.. Why do you think this company has 5 stars across the board? Ill tell you why. This is the best car service around the metro area. I spoke to guy named Joe who was super sweet and gave me a great deal. I explained to him we needed to fly out of newark and come back at jfk. Joe made suer he had all the details on point that way nothing was lost or nothing got messed up. My drivers came even earlier then expected time to wait for me. I didnt have to wait around worrying about where my ride is. I love how driver made conversation with us he was funny and entertaining. First, Joe made the reservation process very easy & fast & professional even though I was super panicked because I called late for a reservation. Our driver, KRIS, was superb. As we were moving from NYC to Phoenix we had loads of bags plus a dog and KRIS was a gem in taking care of everything and us. We all had a great ride to the airport. I was referred to Metro Pro by a rental car agency. I went to Penn Station in NYC and expected horrendous holiday traffic. The car was on time, the driver was pleasant, picked up a second passenger and arrived at the station with time to spare.
