The difficulty of our space is there isn't a flat or straight wall in our 1929 apartment. These guys cut a piece of stone perfectly for us. From initial conversation to measurements to two installs within one week (first counter then the backsplash) these guys were easy to deal with. The crew from Milano Marble & Granite replaced my kitchen counter and backsplash and they did a GREAT job. They were professional, neat, polite, responsive to my questions, and most importantly, they really knew their stuff! We ran into a couple of issues, nothing major, but the crew had to make a couple of adjustments from the original plan. They conferred with Rocco and I spoke with him as well. I had been looking for someone to fix my problem after many attempts to fix it myself, it was so bad we had not installed the cabinets for fear we would have to remove them to get them fixed. Many carpentry companies tell me the job is to small and they don't have time to help me. Well this company did! So after more than 6 months, I finally found this company, and they came to my rescue! The guy that came over took measurements and took my doors and drawers back to the shop. A short time later he came back with them and fit them. Hooray, the doors and drawers work! :).
