Rather than replacing the entire floor, Arek tried several solvents to bring the floor back to it's original condition. He could have charged us much more by replacing the floor but he was honest with us and suggested we try the solvents. Arek and the two technicians working with him were able to restore the floor to near perfect condition! I also asked that the tub in our second bathroom be re- grouted because the grout was in bad shape and needed replacing. As with the shower floor, Arek and his technicians did a fabulous job. Arek is prompt, a good communicator, and fair in his pricing considering the amount of time he spends on the job requested.
