Val came through and gave us honest feedback and guidance on our project, the bid was either lower or in line with other bids received. The part that made us go with Pro Quality was the fact that they have their own team and limit how much work gets subbed out. This way the schedule was easier to adhere to, and quality and communication were kept to a high standard. Vadim set everything up in Builder Trend so that we could easily see the work scheduled out and knew what was coming up and what to prepare for. Communication was also great and they made sure that every time someone was coming to the house he would let us know when to expect them. Even if it was the inspectors! They took measures to make sure the rest of the home was not impacted by the construction and cleaned up each day. R and A Tree Service did a great job taking down a large tree limb for us so it would not fall on…read moreour house in a wind storm. Ricardo said he didn't want to use spikes to climb since it would harm the tree, so he threw a rope over a higher branch and used rope and carabiner equipment to climb up without hurting the tree. Ricardo used safety equipment and he and his dad made sure the job was done well. He communicated along the way, making sure he was working on what we wanted. He took off branches carefully, lowering the main section down by rope. Then he took off chunks of the big limb in question and dropped them to the ground. He and his dad totally cleaned up the area when he was done. The cost was perfect for our budget. Ricardo communicated well and showed up on time. The job was done exactly as we wanted and we feel much better not having that section of the tree hanging over our house. We would highly recommend R and A for any tree or landscaping work!
