(Don't know why Yelp insists I live in New Orleans; I'm in NW Portland Oregon). This was such an easy and quick experience. My old couch was ready for the dump. I texted them on Thumbtack, got an almost instant reply (at night!), scheduled, then was able to reschedule. Absolutely loved these guys. In fact we had them come the three times as we were clearing our old house. The first time they were picking up two couches. One couch had a pull out bed. That was no problem for them. The other couch would not fit through the door. They had tools and broke it down really quick. Second time we asked them to come I had just had stitches on my back.
