The tow took longer than expected, so they were closed when the truck got there. When we called the next morning, they already had it apart and had a good idea of what it needed. The parts were delivered the next day, and we got the truck and got on our way. They also loaned us (free) a car to drive around town for the couple days we were stranded there. After discussing what I needed Brad gave me a quote and then completed the inspection. I was disappointed by the result of the inspections but extremely happy that Brad did such a thorough, honest and unbiased inspection and saved me from making a purchase that I feel I would have regretted.
