If he's busy, just say so! But don't request all our very personal, identity documents then fall off the grid. Very very unsettling and more importantly HIGHLY unprofessional. I was looking forward to working with him! But seems like professional maturity and stability is highly lacking, beware. She was very accommodating to our schedules and took the time to get to know us (and didn't mind our 3 year old tagging along!). She also provided some good advice for the upcoming year and was very accessible via phone and email. As an added bonus, they have a secure online portal for signing documents and such, eliminating the need for as many face-to-face meetings if that's what you're looking for.
