After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. My wife was off that day, but had errands to run. Dominick said he would be there by 10 a.m. My wife messages me at 10:45 a.m. to tell me the guy hasn't showed. She finally left the house to run errands at 11:45, and I asked Dominick what happened. He said, "I can come now." I asked him to give me 30 minutes, and he agreed to that. I get home (20 minutes from work), and wait almost an hour. No text. No call. No reschedule. Just didn't show up. I called him once, he didn't answer, and I sent two texts. Poor customer service!

Domenic is probably one of the most professional and honest people to do business with. He's always straight with us, and gives us very fair prices. My bet is that unless you, the customer wanted to over landscape your property, it wouldn't be without him trying to tell you in the nicest way possible, that it's probably not a good idea, because have you thought about what it'll look like in five years? He's always quick to return calls and get a job done. There are so many people out there, looking to rip you off, taking your money and doing an inadequate job. Domenic is not one of those people.
