The staff are always so welcoming and friendly on the phone and in person to my dog and myself. The boarding prices are great. We no longer live in the area but when visiting, she can always use a spa day. For a bath and trim nails, the cost was $30. Again, the prices are absolutely a steal! I was able to drop off at 8am and she was ready prior to 1pm. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of a great place for boarding and or grooming!

I'm so upset with myself for going against my instincts and taking my dog here. The staff is…read moresuper friendly to you on the phone and in person. I fear once you leave that isn't the situation for the dog. First they told me my dog would spend little time in the cage. That there were pools he was going to play in. He was going to have so much fun. This was his spa day! We agreed that he was to be scissored trimmed. No buzzer. None of that happened. I picked up my dog, he embraced me like he just came back from a war. Jumped up on both legs and was hugging me. He kept that up for an extended amount of time. Every time he got down he jumped back up. I got him in the car and he was crying, which he never does. So I walked him. He had the runs, something fierce. I found that extremely odd, he hadn't strayed from his diet at home. When he gets back into the car, all the hair they trimmed off started falling all over the place. Like he wasn't combed or blown out after his trim. I went to take a drink of my water bottle and he literally got between me and the bottle. He was extremely thirsty. Which is weird for him, he doesn't drink much. I get him home and he is constantly licking his pee pee and his thigh. I see his thigh is full of razor burn and his pee pee seems inflamed. Remember the part about not using the buzzer on him? Obviously they did. He drinks more water and I notice white foam/drool coming from his mouth. That went on for about an hour. I don't know if he ingested shampoo or something in that shop that caused the foaming and the diarrhea. All day he was lethargic. He has a tracking collar, I can tell every step he takes. I can tell if the collar was off. So the collar stayed on the whole time and it registered 72 steps the whole 4 hours he was there. That bit about playing in the pool, having a bunch of fun, no cage time. That was a complete lie. He was the first one checked in, not sure why he had to stay there for 4 hours. My dog is not used to this type of treatment. No dog should be used to this treatment. I will stick to groomers where I am allowed to keep eyes on him the whole time. Also, this is the first groomers that did not ask me for proof of shots. Which means if they didn't ask me, they aren't asking other people. Which means they can be taking in sick dogs. Very scary!

The cats walked as if nothing had been done!! Dr Meyerer didn't cut off digits or knuckles; he only took out the nail. I couldn't have been happier! My furniture, rugs and curtains were saved ~ as well as my grandchildren's skin!! He and his staff have always been very kind, considerate and helpful during each visit. I don't feel rushed when asking questions, and he's very thorough in asking about the health, feeding habits and care I give my animals. Many thanks to all at the Garden Street Animal Hospital for your devotion and performance in providing the best care to our loved ones.

Started as an emergency same day appointment with continued support and treatment recommendations for bladder stones and pancreatitis. Although he put up a fight to stay with us, his age and previous unknown conditions prior to Dr. Meyerer won the battle. We were devastated but the doctor and staff were unbelievably consoling and sympathetic with us. I would recommend anyone and everyone to trust the care of this team to their fur family. We have since adopted three babies and they are all being welcomed here. Thank you Dr. Meyerer and all of your staff for everything you all do everyday!

Our visit to Animal Care Clinic was not planned and definitely appreciated by myself and my family…read more We noticed our cat was a bit lethargic and not eating or drinking much, she was also not using litter box. It was a Saturday around 11:30 and I knew not many are open in the area, also as she is not a patient it was questionable I could have her seen right away. I found Animal Care Clinic on google, one of the only locations open near my home, I called explained our situation and was asked if I could come right in. I was there within 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, attentive and concerned about my cat. The doctor explained possible reasons why she was having difficulty and also listened to what I had to say. They kept her for a couple hours to monitor her, do bloodwork and x-rays. Thankfully she is is healthy although with no real explanation for her symptoms. She was prescribed an appetite stimulant and we were sent home. After the first dose she began showing signs of improvement, we are still not 100% but hopefully in the coming days.

If my Mom Was by herself she would not of been able to do this at her age for that long. My time is just as important. I will not be returning.
