He thoroughly cleaned all the split systems, 6 of them. He also answered several of questions. He also checked the fluid level for outdoor units. We can tell the difference from the air coming out of the ACs post cleaning. It was 7th year out of the 12 year contract. Every year I have got excellent maintenance from them as part of the warranty contract. I had never have to call them for any issues of any sort in 8 years.

I reached out to big Apple plumbing to see if they would be able to refund me due to them not being able to figure out the issue and me having to call someone else. They told me they were unable to give me a refund because 1. I did not call them back if the problem continued- I called someone else for a second opinion. 2.
