He's very savvy and was able to track down exactly the right missing parts for the existing systems, including an obscure rubber gasket, a vendor-compatible sink aerator, and a specialty screw. After the repair, Emmanuel tested the steam radiator and it had a leak but he quickly resolved it. The work was done well because previously the radiators were loud due to the incorrect pitching. I had a 5 year old hot water heater go out suddenly on me that really only required it to be reset and restarted. I explained the situation to J, I was out of town and it could have been a simple restart up to a part replacement. I will say that he did answer and talked through the problem. I went on Yelp looking for a reputable company to help relieve my slow bath tub water drain. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give Jay a call. Spoke to Jay for about 10 mins describing my problem with needing a snake drain on my bathtub. He was very patient and informative over the phone. He along with his helper was prompt and texted me when he was on the way. They removed their shoes upon request which is always a plus. They helped snaked my tub and was very careful and didn't want to force anything because of the old pipes and all. Afterwards, they helped cleaned up the gunk and even used my bathroom liquid cleaner to help clean the surface of my tub. He was also very gracious to also take a quick look and cleaned one of my sink along with tweaking my bathtub handle. They took their time and did not rush one bit at all.
