They need more doctors. They think it's cute when you ask for an appointment and they say "we're…read morebooked a year out". Then your jaw drops and you say "I'll see any of the doctors, in any of the locations. I'll see a nurse or a PA, it doesn't have to be an MD, I just need a simple wart burned off." Then they say "it doesn't matter we're fully booked for a year". Then you say, "it only took under 10 mins last time I was here." Then they say "it doesn't matter, everyone is under 10 mins". The kicker was when they offered as consolation "we have people with suspicious skin lesions and they are lucky if they can get in before 3 months" I mean, what the eff? Like "we know you've been a loyal patient of SMG and your Dermatologist for years, but you need to go to the emergency room room if you suspect you might have a cancerous mole". Seriously?? If you are booked a year out, that justifies adding more doctors. So why the 5 star? The doctors themselves are great.

This was the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. Ever. We waited over an hour for our…read moreappointment, and the tiny waiting room was jam-packed full of patients that were also waiting to be seen. Once we were brought back to the room to see the doctor, he was incredibly rude and not at all interested in treating our daughter. We left and had our co-pay refunded. They need to schedule fewer patients, allow for longer appointment times, and have patients come at the actual appointment time instead of waiting for 60 minutes *or more.* I would rather drive farther away to see a dermatologist that actually sees their patients and treats them with respect.

Dr. Ring is an attentive, caring physician. When I needed. Him he found time in his schedule to…read moreaccommodate my needs. I highly recommend him.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I didn't even make it to the point of seeing the doctor…read more(so, I can't comment about his quality) because the front desk receptionist screwed up so badly. It's a long read. But if you want the short version, I do not trust their front office. They are incapable of managing appointments correctly and information. Their computer system always has a tendency to go down. Also, they confirmed my SOCIAL SECURITY info by reading it to me WITHOUT asking me to confirming the last 4 digits. Medical offices need to ask the patient for the last four confirm. NOT read it out on the phone!!! Very unprofessional and very risky for identity theft!!! Anyways, I originally made an appointment to see Dr. Ring. Went through all the steps on the phone to provide background info, insurance, etc in order to get the appointment. Great! A few days later, I received a packet in the mail to fill out. Awesome! This should save me time the day of the appointment. The day after that, I get a call the front desk receptionist saying that my ORIGINAL appointment date is no longer available, however, I could come at a NEW date to see the other doctor. That's fine. The next day, I get a call AGAIN from the same front desk receptionist saying "something" had happened to their computer system and they needed to get all my info again. This was odd. But, ok. I spend another 30 minutes providing the SAME information again. Then she said that my appointment was for the ORIGINAL date. And, I said that she just called me yesterday to change my appointment to the NEW date. Oh, on top of that, she asked if I was on "Medicare." I had gone through all my information, so I'm not sure where she got that fact from. The week of my appointment, I get yet again ANOTHER call from the same front desk receptionist. This time, she needed to confirm my Social Security number, so she read it to me. No medical professional does that over the phone. On top of that, she asked if my appointment was to come in for a circumcision. Seriously, WTF. I don't know how that even got into their system. At this point, I said forget it. Cancel my appointment, you don't need my information (as the computer system seems to go down often and you read out my info freely on the phone instead of asking for confirmation) and if I do see the doctor, I may not even get the service that I needed. DO NOT GO HERE AND DO NOT PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION.
