The workmen were friendly, professional, and they did an excellent job. They removed furniture and knickknacks around the front and backyard and covered everything necessary to ensure paint not going awry. They did so much extra work, including Stucco repair and patching worn areas around pillars and our balconies. They carefully replaced everything that they had removed and tidied up as well. Imagine my surprise when I received a response within minutes from the owner, Angel. He even offered to come by my house that day, but we were already tied up. Therefore, we made an appointment for Friday afternoon. Friday came and Angel and his assistant came for our appointment, they even arrived a little bit early. We discussed the needed work and he gave us a very fair estimate. Our job was scheduled for two (2) days later - Sunday. Sunday came and all the work was completed to much satisfaction. Angel and his assistant were very pleasant, easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable as to our needs. We will be using Angel for all of our upcoming Handyman needs. I just bought a house and have a very detailed inspection report less then a week old at this empty residence. This includes detailed images across the house and every appliance being ran and tested. I used the dryer the day before he started taping and was fine. Victor also damaged my brand new Google Nest thermostat. I can't use the screen to register for the app. $250 loss. The cracks in the ceiling he was supposed to fix all showed back up in 3 days. The paint itself needs a lot of touch up in every room. He left a good amount of paint on my baseboards and new LVP floors. Victor said (referring to the dryer)"Its only slightly moved when we paint, I'm sorry this is the first time something like this has ever been brought to my attention". No accountability. No effort make this right. Cutting my losses and grateful I can move on.
