What a darling cafe! AMBIANCE The decor and ambiance of this place is worth a stop alone. Pint florals, comfy seating, great light fixtures and little touches. I posted up at one of the tables to take a call and get some work done. It worked well for me for an afternoon. SERVICE Counter service was helpful and kind - not the quickest to prepare the drinks and items but I had time! FOOD/DRINK I got a matcha latte and a cheesecake here! This was a place I ducked into when it was snowing outside. It looked cozy and I'm so glad I stopped by. These are a few things I tried: - pistachio cheesecake - highly recommend, pistachio flavor shines through - olive oil cake - not flavorful, dry, personally do not recommend - lemon cheesecake - delicious! Highly recommend - drink: Cinnamon Dolce Latte. This just tasted sweet to me and did not stand out. To be honest, it tasted like most sugary coffee drinks to me. Maybe I'm just not partial to that. We stopped in here while waiting for a table at a restaurant a couple doors down. It was a short stay but there were a couple highlights to go off of. At first glance before walking through the doors, I liked the vibe. It felt very modern and inviting. The colors and decor makes for a good Instagram worthy moment. The selection of baked goods made it hard for me to pick one. I love a good lemon-y baked good and there was more than enough to choose from. I settled on the olive oil cake. I'd always wanted to make one but haven't had the template to compare to. To accompany this, I got the rose earl grey latte. The olive oil cake wasn't anything special but it did have quite a bit of lemon to it that it almost felt like eating a lemon bar. Earl grey is one of my favorite teas and this iteration of it was simply delightful. No notes. I'd certainly love to come back and try a few more things! read more

This is such a cute coffee shop. I have lived in Rochester for 5 years and just discovered this gem in December. Their cinnamon dolce latte is so good. I ordered a small and received a medium one. I was told that's the size for all the specialty drinks. But when I came in December for the same thing, I got a small. I don't like to drink large amounts but I just played it off. We were blinded by the light - the decor is really what sold us on coming in for a little treat, it is so cute in here. Dim lights, comfortable seating, faux florals everywhere just a super cute aesthetically pleasing cafe. A slice of cheesecake is $8 I feel this is a little steep the chocolate lava cake was probably the best out of the treats we tried. THE CUTEST CAFE IN ROCHESTER!!! Such a little gem in downtown Rochester, discovered this place late last year and I'm obsessed! They have non dairy options which is thoughtful + some of the desserts are gluten free (but not vegan). I've tried 3-4 of their specialty drinks and I haven't been disappointed! This place is a whole vibe. On the afternoon I visited, it was quiet and beautiful. One couple talking quietly. Several people with laptops. Parking was easy but not free. The menu looks amazing. I love supporting local woman owned places. I ordered six macarons to go to share with my tween. She loved all of them. I liked the Strawberry cheesecake, although the texture was a bit off. I'm glad I tried the Blueberry, but I would rather have had another Strawberry. And...the reason for three stars is that the Fruit Pebble macaron was so disgusting I cannot believe my kid ate it all without saying anything. The afternoon tea set is amazing! Had it one my birthday 3/3 ! I had the Blueberry Rooibos Tea with the little delicacies. As a vegetarian I requested for a veggie sandwich instead of the ham/turkey sandwich. They were very kind to cater my request. The sandwich and desserts were delicious. The best part is the tea ! This place was really cute on the inside and they workers were really nice. I also enjoyed how quiet it was inside of there. I ordered 3 macrons for my toddler but only got a picture of one. He had the cookies and crème, birthday cake, and blueberry one. The blueberry one was his favorite but all the flavors he tried were toddler approved. I was excited to have a European bakery in town, and the cakes/desserts were delicious, but I wouldn't describe them as European if that is what you are looking for. Most of the macarons didn't have the right texture (hard like a cracker, or too chewy). I went on the second day they were open so I am still hoping they improve! The vibe is nice though.
