I've seen them screaming at other customers before but it's never happened to me until today. I came in to buy my clients 15 pack of Milwaukee's best I accidentally grabbed the wrong one. I turned around and went back in to exchange it for the right one as the one I had was still unopened, and they told me it was illegal against their policy and against their liquor license to exchange alcohol. I showed them that it was not, and then they started screaming at me and then I started recording I was called disgusting names, and I've never been treated this way in my life until today. Shame on you Phillips 66 for employing women like this.
