He was supposed to discuss one of the elevators with another franchisee to see if it is suitable for our home. About a week later, I received the quote for one of the elevators and the representative informed me that he will find more info about the other model. I replied and asked if I could see one of their previous projects to see how the elevator looks/operates as they do not have elevator displays in their showroom. I followed up again last Friday, but have not heard back from him since August 22nd. If you are considering them for an elevator install, I hope your experience will be better than mine.
