Bought wife a newer car a little over a month ago, wife takes it in for it's first oil change, service dept suggest a tune up at a cost of $600. Less than 5000 mile put on car since purchase. At no point has Gastorph offered to make things right. Just a possible undisclosed discount. Service guy tells me they don't just throw parts at a vehicle in hopes it clears the code but he's suggesting this tune up which might clear the misfire code? Is that the same? Well folks, thanks to "Brandon" and his band of idiots (Pete Buttigieg, to name one of many) the car we were looking for is not available and no idea when it will be. Anywhere!!! Apparently the supply chain mishandling is still going on strong, and ALOT of cars are sitting in a port, on a coast, somewhere, with no idea when they will be loaded onto trains and delivered across the country!!! HOWEVER...this is not a negative review on GASTORF CHEVROLET!!! We received fantastic sales service from the very friendly, helpful, not overbearing sales guy (Jacob Cunngham)... and he and one of the managers found the car we wanted (and subsequently bought) at a dealer in a neighboring state. Everyone we met at the Gastorf Chevrolet service station was awesome!! We had drove from N.Y. to California and was on our way to Atlantic City when we had car trouble . We googled Chevrolet dealers and was sent there. . We were quickly met, offered popcorn and a drink. Everyone was super nice and they found and fixed the problem and in about an hour we were on our way with a new gas petal and a story that only added to our awesome vacation.
