When I walked in, I was greeted by Aida who introduced herself and told me that she was the owner. I had the Signature Facial which included a décolleté and arm massage. Mika explained what she was doing as she did the facial and asked how I took care of my face and gave some suggestions. She also massaged my neck and upper shoulders using her hands/knuckles. Wow did that feel great! My face felt tingly and very clean after my facial. She also applied some hyaluronic lip gloss to my lips when she was done. My lips are normally dry and I'm constantly putting on Chapstick. The lip gloss lasted for about 2 hours! It was so relaxing that I wanted to go home and take a nap after, lol. I've also gotten laser hair removal as well. Ryan, my nurse and co-owner of the facility, does the HRT. I went to him after having a horrible experience at a different facility. He is so caring and thorough. He really takes the time to get to know his patients and focus on their specific needs. He's also very gentle with injecting the pellets - I still yelp when he does it though as the initial stick always gets me! It makes him laugh though. So glad I can provide him with a little entertainment during the procedure. Sophie has done my facials and also did my laser hair removal, and she's amazing! Lately, I've been scheduled with Gabbie for my facials, and she's awesome too. Just like Sophie, Gabbie always knows exactly what my skin needs--I usually don't even know what kind of facial I'm getting, but I trust her completely and my face always glows afterward. She's so sweet, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I genuinely enjoy my appointments with both of them! Stephanie and Dani are the nurses that do my IV therapy. They are so sweet! Love them too! When I come in for the IV, they already know I actively stay dehydrated - I just work so hard that I forget to stop to eat and drink! So they offer me water as soon as I walk in. They're very gentle with the needle too! Really the entire staff is wonderful. As soon as you walk in you're always greeted with beautiful smiles and faces. Everyone is genuinely kind. The subsequent visits, have not been the best to be honest. The ladies doing the laser are a bit rough and not as gentle. One of them event told me she couldn't stop because I was a few minutes late and she had another patient. To be honest, that's just poor service, shows that they have no empathy. I was interested in other services but I think once I'm done with my laser sessions, I'm not going to come back.
