I've been with Aesthetic Element since October of 2023, so this review is long overdue. I get my hormone replacement therapy ("HRT") done there along with IV therapy, and facials. I've also gotten laser hair removal as well. Ryan, my nurse and co-owner of the facility, does the HRT. I went to him after having a horrible experience at a different facility. He is so caring and thorough. He really takes the time to get to know his patients and focus on their specific needs. He's also very gentle with injecting the pellets - I still yelp when he does it though as the initial stick always gets me! It makes him laugh though. So glad I can provide him with a little entertainment during the procedure. Sophie does my facials and also did my laser hair removal. She's amazing! I don't even know what kind of facial I'm getting most of the time, but she always knows the one I need when I come in because my face always glows after. I love going to see her. It's like going to hang out with a friend - we talk and laugh and have a great time! All that's missing is a cocktail or two! Stephanie and Dani are the nurses that do my IV therapy. They are so sweet! Love them too! When I come in for the IV, they already know I actively stay dehydrated - I just work so hard that I forget to stop to eat and drink! So they offer me water as soon as I walk in. They're very gentle with the needle too! Really the entire staff is wonderful. As soon as you walk in you're always greeted with beautiful smiles and faces. Everyone is genuinely kind. I truly love it there! It's always a great experience and it's been almost 2 years! I have been doing laser removal for about 4 sessions already. I initially started with Stephanie Franco who is an NP and was very gentle and understanding of how painful it can be. The subsequent visits, have not been the best to be honest. The ladies doing the laser are a bit rough and not as gentle. One of them event told me she couldn't stop because I was a few minutes late and she had another patient. To be honest, that's just poor service, shows that they have no empathy. I was interested in other services but I think once I'm done with my laser sessions, I'm not going to come back. read more

I'm really disappointed with the way this laser hair removal spa handled my situation. I found out that because I missed two sessions, I "lost" one of my prepaid treatments. Found this out on the day I missed my second treatment. I completely understand that I signed a policy stating this, but I genuinely don't remember being told or reminded of it. If someone had reminded me after the first missed session, I would have made sure not to miss the second one, especially since these treatments are expensive and time-sensitive. When I brought this up, the staff said they had texted me about it, but I showed them my phone right there, no message was ever received stating this. The only response I got was, "It's in the policy you signed." I think that's unfair to the client. A quick reminder or a bit of understanding would have gone a long way. I left feeling like they care more about enforcing rules than treating their customers fairly or with empathy. read more

After finding an incredible deal on Groupon and assessing reviews for similar companies, I decided to go to Aesthetic Element for laser hair removal. Upon arrival, you will notice a beautifully decorated waiting area. I was helped by the front desk receptionist almost immediately; she gave me an iPad to sign waiver forms, and I was brought back to a private room soon after. Vanessa gave me time to change and get adjusted, then returned to ask about my medical/skin history. She explained the reasoning for every question, and I felt comfortable asking for more detail. Before the session, the machine took longer to start up, but Vanessa continuously apologized for the wait. Nonetheless, I was in and out of the office in under 45 minutes. As for the actual laser process, the pain is hard to describe; it felt like being briefly grazed with a sparkler repeatedly. The pain was bearable, and Vanessa asked me several times if I needed a break. The procedure didn't feel too long, and I easily setup another session during checkout. For the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff, I would definitely recommend Aesthetic Element. However, it is too early to notice results, and I will update this review after a few more sessions! read more

I had the most perfect experience coming here! Everyone was super sweet and welcoming, and making my appointment was a piece of cake. I went here for my first time getting lip fillers (which was done by Nikki). She was super sweet and kind the entire time and helped ease any nerves I had, as well as offered to answer any questions on my mind. I definitely recommend seeing her!! The results of my lips were amazing, and I loved the outcome. I will definitely be coming back for further appointments!! Had my Botox done and originally wasn't 100% pleased. The owner-Stephanie ended up doing it for me. She listened to what exactly I was looking for and past issues I had. Overall very pleased with the final result despite the fact that it took quite a bit more patience to get it right. Great results, I have done 3 laser hair removal treatments and I already see results. I have a few patches growing and I have 5 more treatments to go. I bought a package on Groupon which is so worth it. You get a big discount however, you can only buy 1 package every 6 months. I would love to try other services in the future for my jawline. The center is cozy and decorated beautifully and very clean. I've never had a problem with the staff so far, they are sweet and informative. You must wear a mask and cannot bring guests with you as space is limited. I'm pretty good with pain, the treatment feels like a rubber band to the skin. I'd give it a 5/10 on pain. I made an appointment with Stephanie to get Kybella done for my genetic double chin after I saw her placing threads on another injector who was unavailable for an appointment at the time. I figured if she trusted her with her face I could trust her with mine! Check in was simple, I used an iPad given to me by one of the ladies at the front desk. Signed various consent forms and waited to be seen. I loved the decor it was chic but not stuffy where it makes you uncomfortable to be sitting there without make up on looking like a 2020 hot mess haha. I was called in and seated in a room where I was numbed before seeing Stephanie after 15 minutes was moved to another room where Stephanie came in and introduced herself. She was a gem, so pleasant and helpful while I spoke to her about future procedures I wanted to get done. She told me baby steps which I was happy about because that shows she's a true professional and wants the best outcome for her patients. We took various before pictures and then the numbing cream kicked and she injected me with 4 vials of Kybella. During the process she told me to ice one side of my face while she worked on the other taking breaks because it was burning. After we were done they let me sit and ice my face for a couple minutes and even brought me some sparkling water. Sad to say my experience was not a very nice one. Went in for tattoo removal. Saw a coupon on groupon, they honored the special. Nikki was awesome, very professional from the very beginning - she definitely knows all about customer service and appreciates the clients. However the other childish girls specially Angela was very rude from the beginning - always with a smirk. Last session Nikki was not there and what a horrible experience (thank God it was my last session). They left my waiting in a room for about 30 min. I had to get out of the room and look for someone. Finally I went to the front and I was telling Angela that I am here waiting (she did not pay no mind) and that's when Stephanie came out. She was very apologetic and said she was running very behind on time. As I was walking back to the room I could see Angela laughing practically at me. She found it amusing that I was left in a room waiting for about 30min. When I finished the session (very much in pain) and left to the front - I confronted Angela and she was acting like nothing. She did not even say sorry or anything. Again with that little smirk on her face. She found it extremely funny. I would never recommend this place, very unprofessional and they seriously need to see who they have in the front desk dealing with the client's. Angela needs to be in the back office far away from the clients, very poor customer service. The last thing I need when going in for a tattoo removal is a young childish, unprofessional person laughing when what they should be doing is having compassion and care for their client's (as it is a very painful treatment). Hello I've been doing the B12 shot at Enhanced for a few months and I wanted to write a review because I feel that the product does work...The energy I have it's just amazing with the shot..When I first started doing spinning I was ok but ever since I've been taking the B12 shot I've improved so much on my rides and it's incredible..I have more energy, I can ride heavy and the best part is that I'm beating guys in the class which feels amazing..I also feel I'm less hungry during the day. I have been doing B12 shots here since last November. I have always been hesitant about B12 shots especially since one never knows what is in the syringe.
