When I walked in, I was greeted by Aida who introduced herself and told me that she was the owner. I had the Signature Facial which included a décolleté and arm massage. Mika explained what she was doing as she did the facial and asked how I took care of my face and gave some suggestions. She also massaged my neck and upper shoulders using her hands/knuckles. Wow did that feel great! My face felt tingly and very clean after my facial. She also applied some hyaluronic lip gloss to my lips when she was done. Dr Elias takes the time to explain to you what he thinks is going on with your particular health issue and the course of treatment he recommends. Sometimes he has medical staff join him in the room, during my last visit it was his physician's assistant and another young lady and they also have always been respectful and concerned about your issues. I know they have a wide range of services here and specialize in skin care and I can wholeheartedly recommend this office for any dermatological needs you might have.

Mind you, I've been a little skeptical when it comes to Groupon and spas and facials and that sort of thing because usually, you get what you pay for! Crappy location, ok service. That's kind of what I was expecting but it was NOT the case. La Belle Spa is located in a Big Lots plaza, inside the Phoenix salon suites. It's not a massage envy or a relaxing spa with amenities. It is solely a suite rented amongst other suites dedicated to beauty services such as hair, nails, etc. Upon making my same day appointment, Belle was extremely thorough with my questions and concerns and gladly answered them in a professional manner. Once I arrived, about 7 minutes before my appointment, she was ready to take me in and greeted me outside of the suite door. When I went inside the suite it was a small room smelling amazingly clean with aromatherapy oil scents. I immediately felt like I was as inside of a little spa room and forgot about my outside surroundings. She took me in promptly, made me fill out paperwork and started my pampering. From steam to hot towels, scrubs and a mask. My face was feeling relaxed! It was massaged in a way it's never been before, I truly felt RELAXED. Exactly what I had come in for. I left with a very clean, hydrated, brand new face. I purchased the classic facial and it was so worth it. I want to come back and try derma-planning or microdermabrasion. The tools and utensils she used were all sterilized, the room was squeaky clean, she was very very professional and has amazing hands she works with. Her products are high end she uses some Skin Fitness and German products. Absolutely fantastic! I truthfully left there feeling brand new and wished the facial lasted hours! Thank you Belle for pampering my face and making it glow! It's been 3 days and zero breakouts from it :) Bottom line: this is not a spa, there are no lockers, they don't serve you fruited water or drinks, it's exclusively facials and you get your treatment and get out.
