From the first contact at the local Home Show (we viewed 7window companies), to the home estimate visit, Window Comfort educated me on their product and how it differed from other windows on the market. There are major differences from one to another and these window come with great features that others don't... like being able to wash the outsides from inside our home (which my 83 year old mother was so excited about). The custom fit windows came on schedule and were installed in one day (does take a month or so to make, as all our measurements were slightly different). The crew was courteous and professional. They cleaned up their debris and cleaned the window once installed. I would recommend you see for yourself, I am so confident I made the right choice in this purchase. But what he didn't realize is that I had the phone on speaker due to the fact I was taking my Wife to the airport. My wife and my Aunt heard every word he said and they were just as dumbfounded.
