It is going on 6 months now for a job that should have been 8-12 weeks according to him. Leo and Vadim started out very nice, responsive, and communicative. He made me feel very good about using his company and the quality I could expect from his workers. He was very confident in his abilities and what he could do for me and my property. I had concerns about his estimate price and the lack of details. In several meetings before we made a deal he assured me he would take care of every concern and keep coming back until I was satisfied. He said he would put everything in writing. I had total confidence in him. Turns out his estimate was ambiguous and open to interpretation. It lacked details and I brought it to his attention. He assured me this is the way this type of estimate is done and he would make sure everything we discussed was done. He added, he would keep coming back until I was satisfied. After the work started I stopped by a few times and noticed things his workers were doing did not seem right. Things such as demo'd materials sitting on the front lawn (killing the grass in a very large area), walls and ceilings being painted without the sheet rock repairs being made, outside wall siding and eaves being painted without the rotted wood and other defects being repaired, broken window sills that water will penetrate, windows without sealant that will let water penetrate, a new roof that has many low spots and visible water retention after it rains, exposed sub flooring where he installed new floors, it is visible where he pieced scrap wood together to make patches, the sheet rock tape is coming undone from the walls where they appear to have immediately painted over the attempted sheet rock repairs in a room that once had a huge hole in it, they used copper water pipe to install gas lines from the water heater to the washer location, I cannot feel any air coming from at least 4 of the ac vents throughout the house (this was supposed to be a new ac system), they used the 2x4 wall (less than 1.5 inches of air space) as the return air, They left construction debris all throughout the house and yard and told me I was supposed to clean it up, he promised a kitchen package including a stove, oven, and dishwasher then told me he couldn't install the dishwasher and he would give me $200 off of the price, The vent-hood/microwave combination is installed about 12 inches above the gas cook-top, the vent-hood/microwave cord runs along the wall exposed to the gas cook-top, the duct for the vent-hood directly exhausts into the attic around combustible materials, some of the cabinet doors do not open and some that do are difficult to move, the sink light is now missing and has a round plate screwed on to cover the hole, the new disposal sounds as if it will fall out of the sink at any minute, the bathroom closet door is missing but the door track is still there but just painted over, one bedroom is missing a ceiling fan he promised in the estimate and in its place is a fixture that is so loose on the ceiling it will most likely fall down at any minute and is also installed about 2 feet from center of the room, I could go on and on. I still do not have warranty paperwork for the new roof, the new a/c, the two appliances he did install, the foundation work he said he completed, or anything else I should have a written guarantee/warranty for. This review was much longer with more details and examples but I had to edit it because it was too long to post. If you use Leo or Instamax, be sure to get detailed estimates in writing, and a signed contract with a detailed timeline before you give him any money and before you get yourself into a situation where time is not on your side. He took advantage of me in those situations and he could very well take advantage of you too. If I can find a way to post the photos here I will be happy to share his work with everyone.

Truly an Army of two…read more I had terrible water leakage from the AC system pour into the ceiling of one of my rooms. This of course damaged our ceiling and was at risk of producing mold. Whole ceiling for this room would have to be replaced. Saw this new business pop up and decided to reach out. The duo were very cordial and honest with their assessment. Their pricing is by far the best I've seen. As for the work? Superb. The finished work came out looking amazing. I will definitely be reaching out to them to do all of our other ceilings. They also fixed some faulty switches for our lights. Overall amazing work and will be rehiring them for many projects in the future.

We visited the Spring location and met with Chris Terawi and he walked us through all of our options. Not only was Chris very professional at the time of the sale, he was always on time for any of our appointments and took my calls no matter what was going on. Once the job was done he called me that evening to check to make sure everything came out perfect. I will definitely recommend him in the future and any future flooring needs will be brought to him. As far as the installation goes, I can not say enough about how professional each of the install crews were. We had tile, wood, and carpet all done so I saw first hand how each of them worked. All three crews were extremely polite and competent and the floors turned out great. What I loved is that they went out of their way to walk me through what was going to happen and answered any of my questions throughout the install. The wood team actually installed my new baseboards for me and waited for me to run to Lowe's to purchase more when I didn't buy enough. My wife and I shopped around before deciding on EZ Floors and found that their price cannot be beat anywhere. What was such a great feeling is that the customer service, install expertise, and overall process far exceeded my expectations!

The project was a debacle from the start and they were unable to install door knobs or toilet paper holders. The most egregious issue is that the slab is sloped so the water that blows into the carport flows into the enclosed part of the structure. The wall is now molding as seen in the picture attached. Their response to this issue was to install gutters. They are not willing to make it right, so we cannot in good conscience recommend them.

**BUYER BEWARE** Our…read moreexperience with Well Remodeling LLC has been horrible. We hired them to remodel a half bath and convert it into a full bath, convert the garage into a functional room, add a wall with a door in our enclosed porch, install gutters on the porch, and extend the side fence. The back porch wall did not need to look pretty, it just needed to be functional, and we needed an exterior door to separate the two porch rooms. They installed an interior door and used OSB board for the walls. They did change out the for when it was brought to their attention. The fence and gutters were well done. The shower install required manipulation of the water manifold. They miss calculated the exact location of the manifold. This required alteration to the shower head location. I do understand not much could be done about that. Wall construction and plumbing seemed to go well. We have not experienced any leaks yet. 1.5 walls of shower tile had to be torn out and redone. The 12 x 24 tile was supposed to be in a 1/3 offset pattern. Rather than following that pattern through the corners appropriately, they started the pattern anew. This resulted in an unsightly transition in the corners. The bottom half of the vertical accent tile strip had to be torn out and redone because the first installation of the mosaic accent tile had a concave bow formation, unsightly humps in places, damaged marble faces, thinset mortar above the grout in many places, and joint gaps less than 1/16 inch in critical wet spots. The grout colors for the Hexagon shower floor grout and the wood tile bathroom floor grout got swapped and had to be completely redone. At this point, so much had gone wrong that we canceled the work we need on the garage and took out business elsewhere for completion. The custom built vanity needed to be ADA compliant. I sent them a link to the vanity cabinet I wanted and told them they could build it or order it, whichever worked best for them. We first noticed that it was 2 inches too tall. They pulled it out and cut 2 inches off the bottom. Later, I took a measuring tape to other parts. To meet ADA requirements, there must be a 30" wide clearance, as well as 8 inch clearance knee space, underneath the sink. It is 24 inches wide and there is no knee clearance. Because the ADA is a future proof desire and not a medical necessity at this time, we have accepted it as is. They would have to rebuild the entire cabinet to meet ADA specs. If the time comes that it ADA is medically necessary, we will go elsewhere to have the cabinet rebuilt because I simply do not want Well Remodeling LLC to step one foot in my home again. While they did correct what we asked them to correct, I strongly do NOT recommend this company.
