I have white walls that stain just by breathing heavily on them. Eduardo's crew did all that work and left only one small smudge. He offered to touch up, but I declined. I expected worse. If you are in Spring, Magnolia, etc, I def. recommend giving Hank a call before you purchase. We were about to pay 20% more. The only minus is Hank never inspected the installation job. If you need floors polished, they're fine, but I would recommend using anyone else for showers. The owner said everything was fine. I sent him photos and he sent the same person back. They couldn't do anything about mildew, so I cleaned the grout on the floor before they sealed it. Looks like they put black marks on the white tile on the walls while scrubbing, and they didn't clean the grout. Worst part, is it seems like they're trying to do a good job, but not able to achieve it. We we used them 6 years ago we were thrilled with the results, but stay away if you want tile and grout work.
