If you need floors polished, they're fine, but I would recommend using anyone else for showers. The owner said everything was fine. I sent him photos and he sent the same person back. They couldn't do anything about mildew, so I cleaned the grout on the floor before they sealed it. Looks like they put black marks on the white tile on the walls while scrubbing, and they didn't clean the grout. Worst part, is it seems like they're trying to do a good job, but not able to achieve it.
