One word if you ask me, "are you satisfied?" - The answer is a BIG NO; I will not recommend this company and team to anyone. I paid $19500 for my backyard and attaching photos of the progress of two months My backyard project was begun by Alex and his team TWO months ago, and he hasn't completed it yet. He took almost all the money, around 98% of it, by saying his problems and I helped him in all possible ways as I can. (my mistake for trusting Alex and his crew). In these two months he worked around 10 days or 15 max and also that with an inexperienced team. This is the most unprofessional team I have ever met in my life. They betrayed me by making false promises, even though I trusted them as my friends. As a first-time home buyer, it was difficult for me to start the backyard job but still I decided to make this backyard, since my family can spend some quality time there with my 5-month-old baby. The work that Alex and his colleagues are doing is insufficient, and I won't discuss anything about it here since doing so would need a lengthy article. As a client, I had to phone them every day to find out when they are coming. I also had to remain with them and provide guidance for the job they perform. Giving my backyard project to this unprofessional crew was a mistake on my part. Because I lost money, faith, and patience, That's the reason why I'm sharing this review with everyone. One Day he came to my house at 7:00AM and said he don't have money to buy material for my backyard so I gave money, and he took the money and said he will back in 2 hours. You know what happened, he didn't show up for the day he went to his other location and started work. Tell me how much I should get irritated for this kind of unethical behavior. I don't know how many times I have called Alex. Sometimes he won't respond and pick up the call, then I have to connect with him via his social media accounts. It is frustrating for a loyal customer. Today morning I called Alex, and he was making fun of me, as a customer do I need to hear all this? Two months for a backyard project is unacceptable and still I tried to be calm with them and helped them to complete. I gave a contact of my friend and Alex company took $4000, HE WAS NOT SHOWING FOR 2 WEEKS AND ALSO ALEX WAS NOT COMPLETED MY BACKYARD HENCE MY FRIEND CANCELED TO GO WITH ALEX. This was extremely important as we were flying out of town for a week and wanted the project completed before we left. Alex was extremely accommodating which is a valuable trait for ANY company. He not only did pre installation checking but also did post installation check the day after and followed up a week later. Alex and his team were reliable hard working and extremely professional. I hired Outside Living Concepts to complete my landscaping project in May 2023. Unfortunately, the…read moredrip irrigation system they installed has become a major issue. Just this summer alone, I've had to repair and replace nine separate sections of the drip line due to leaks. At this point, I've replaced roughly 50% of the entire system myself. What concerns me most is that every leak has occurred in the same type of tubing, which is visibly worn and deteriorated. I even cleaned sections of the removed tubing to make sure dirt wasn't making it look worse--the material is simply degraded. For comparison, I installed another drip irrigation system line in 2021 using different materials. Despite being about two years older than the system installed by Outside Living Concepts, it has experienced only a single leak. I understand the project is now outside of its warranty period, but I don't believe a drip irrigation system should experience this level of failure after only a few years. The amount of time, labor, and money I've had to invest to continually dig up and replace the system has been extremely frustrating. What has been equally disappointing is the follow-through. After discussing the issue, the project manager told me they would send a crew out to repair the next leak. Just two days later, another leak occurred. I immediately reached out, but now two weeks have passed without anyone coming out or any meaningful follow-up. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I had hoped for better quality and, when problems arose, better customer support. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Outside Living Concepts.

Also, i had only met Justin as I gave him a free play yard that I had posted up on Nextdoor. I let him come over over the course of 4 days at night so that he could break it down, I also let him use several of my tools.
