She was able to come out almost the next day which was great with our schedule. She gave us a price when she did her initial walk-through to assess condition of the house. But Ashley started cleaning. It was even worse than she expected like the blinds were so dirty and gross so we ended up paying her a bit more for that but you can just tell she is very thorough. If you were looking for someone who is going to get in and out quickly this is probably not the one for you. I don't know about you, but I think being thorough is more important in a housekeeper than being fast. But we have a pretty big house and she did an excellent job on her own. She was supposed to have a helper, but they had a family emergency last minute. It took her three days to deep clean our entire place but it was worth every penny. 100% would recommend her and her services thank you!!

He then contacts me and lets me know the part is on back order but he assures I will get it as soon as it's available. Months go by and no communication. I waited 3 months and still nothing so I text him, no response. Completely ghosted. A few more months go by and finally I call him to ask where my shelf is. He must really think I'm dumb with his asinine response. He proceeds to say what, you never received it!? No I haven't. If I had I would not be calling. Then he says he took the funds out of his employees check and she was instructed to get it to me and has since been let go however long ago. He says he is going to look into it and call me back that day. Again never heard anything back. I called him a week later and left a voicemail. Surprise surprise, I have not received a call back nor a text. DO NOT give this company your business! The owner will tell you what he thinks you want to hear and then never follow through. I will NEVER do business with this subpar cleaning company again and I suggest you don't either.

PBC was also the company with the best customer service when I reached out for quotes. For my first visit, the team came in and did a good job. I did notice a few things missed after they left, and Ed was more than apologetic and offered to have his team come back to make things better. Not only did they return another day, but they did additional cleaning at the second visit (and he sent one of his best team members to make it right). Recommendation: Be clear about the services you need done as not all companies are the same, so ask for details of what's covered. I'm quite impressed with management's responsiveness and willingness to correct things. Would use them again. I'm sure overtime, my 4 stars will move up to 5.

She brought a small crew with her and they cleaned the whole 2,300ish square feet in about 3 hours, including baseboards, refrigerator, bathrooms, window sills (important), etc. Most importantly, Mary honored my request (really more of a condition) that there be NO Fabuloso! which I think is muy malo coz I hate the smell of the stuff, and she honored my request (condition) not to wear perfume or have the crew wearing perfume. I really dislike when service people and contractors wear all kinds of perfume and cologne and stink up the place....and I smell it for DAYS. Yes, I have a sensitive olfactory superpower, I admit.
