David is great! Super upfront and honest ( that goes a long way with me ) very respectful and knowledgeable in his trade. Dealing with stone anything can be very complicated, cutting, setting, sealing, cleaning, polishing, repairing all these things are very technical and need to be handled by a professional like 911 or you can easily ruin your beautiful stone if you're not careful. 911 Carpet Care is my go to carpet cleaning company. I had them out to my new house that I just bought, and there were some pretty dirty floors in here. I was about ready to replace the carpet, but figured why not give some carpet cleaners a try. I was referred to them by a friend and they saved me thousands of dollars in new flooring costs... The carpet was THAT bad. I've used other cheap cleaning companies in the past and I really didn't have any faith in them... I have used them 3 times now over the past year and a half. Their prices are reasonable, and their work is outstanding. I have hired other carpet cleaners in the past but David and Marci are by far the best. I'm renting a condo with WHITE carpets (yikes!) that are 15 years old, yet they made them look brand new. Also, the owner of the condo had 2 cats but you would never know it after David cleaned those carpets. I'm also very impressed because the carpets turned out very fluffy and soft afterwards with no chemical smell. Other carpet cleaners I've used left the carpets feeling crunchy and with a strong chemical smell that would affect my asthma, but not with 911 Carpet Care. I hired him to do my carpet (stairs) and my tiles (almost the entire first floor). David did an excellent job! My tiles look like new, my carpet is stainless. If I could give 100 stars I would! David was able to remove all carpet stains from our Carpet! There is one area in our living room that had dirty stains and they are gone. They still haven't emailed me a receipt and it's been about 2-3 weeks, they made sure to cash my check though. Amazing service! David really knows his trade and the job he did on my carpet was excellent but its the job he did on my concrete that blew my mind! We had oil based paint spilled by our dog into our backyard concrete and even though he didn't normally do concrete, David did some research and was able to get the right materials to get rid of the paint stain out of the concrete. Our grout in our tile was dirty and we had some carpet that needed to be cleaned so I called 911 Carpet Care. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. They came over and checked everything out at the exact time that they said they would be there. We appreciate that. They cleaned the tile and grout, even covered more area than they needed to. I was even more impressed the the carpet cleaning. Not only did it come out very clean, it didn't smell bad after wards and when it dried, it wasn't crunchy (I have had the carpet feel and smell worse after other other companies services). I just bought a house and the garage concrete floor was so gross, It had 14 yrs of grime and dirt. I didn't want to step foot in it, much less put my belongings in it until I had it had been cleaned. David didn't promise to remove every stain, but said it would be clean and it was. I was so happy to move stuff in. He also cleaned the carpet in one of the bedrooms.
