This is very important to me and our company, as we are not local to the property we needed his assistance with. We approved his estimate to replace the roof on October 1st, which was eventually finished, in roughly 55 days. On October 8th, while waiting for the roof to be replaced, I asked if he knew of a good company that could assist with minor remediation work. Ralph said they handle a lot of repair/mitigation work and would be happy to help us with that portion as well. I was thrilled. We approved his estimate on October 16th, and this minor remediation job is STILL not complete. What should have taken 1-2 weeks at the most, I am here writing this 5 months later. I can't believe I let this go on as long as I have, and I'm embarrassed to admit it, but he kept assuring me it would be wrapped up soon. I was told THREE times he had passing air sample results from testing he had completed, and each time he claimed to have the report, he never sent it to me. It was either the testing company's fault for the delay in getting it to me, the report was on a laptop in a different city (four hours away), or he was on vacation and about to get on a flight so he couldn't email it, it was ALWAYS something. I finally reached out to a reputable remediation company that said he could complete the remediation work in a couple of days and would have results for me just a few days after that. I have lost a ton of time and money over this minor job because of Ralph Valenciano's dishonesty. Do yourself a favor and do a quick Google search before deciding to go down this road. I wish I did.

They came out to install, again, right on time, removed the old door, and installed new one in about 1 1/2 hour at most. The new door is beautiful and so functional. Recommended a structural engineer come out and do an inspection. Insurance company had me use one of their "preferred vendors" come out and do the inspection. Liz and Sergio came to the house while inspection was being done. They were correct and my home did have structural damage. They worked with insurance company's adjuster and came up with a supplement. Construction contract had been signed and they will begin work shortly. Despite multiple warranty service calls (December 2024 and July 2025), by an unlicensed plumber, the problem was never fixed properly -- each time we were told it was just "construction debris in the line." By September 2025, our bathroom and bedroom flooded, and an independent plumber confirmed it was a major plumbing/foundation defect that has likely been leaking sewage and water under our home since the foundation was poured. When we contacted LEVELTX again, they refused to take responsibility, even though these issues began and were reported during the warranty period. We now face significant damage that could have been prevented if the warranty work had been handled correctly. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and poor workmanship, and we urge anyone considering building with LEVELTX to be cautious. Documentation, invoices, and photos have been retained, and we are pursuing remedies under the Texas Residential Construction Liability Act.
