Not happy, first the nails were quite expensive was over 100 all in for basic gel nails. The lady added a 'strengthening coat' to my nails without consulting me and then proceeded to charge me $10 dollar for it, only found out after receiving the receipt after the service. One nail polish completely came off within a day as pictured and the other nails the top coat was not done well so the polish is al bumpy. Look for somewhere else to get your nails done, I would not recommend! read more

I think this might be my first Yelp review after using the platform for over 15 years -- and it's because of pure kindness and great work. I had just arrived in town when my nail tore at the base. It was painful, and since my nails are real with just a gel manicure, I was worried about further damage. I popped in hoping someone could help, and Mimi immediately said she would fix it -- no hesitation. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. She preserved my real nail and applied a liquid gel overcoat (new to me!), explaining that it helps protect the health of the natural nail. She matched my color almost perfectly. When I went to pay, she wouldn't accept it -- she insisted it was on her. That level of care and generosity truly meant so much to me. If I lived here full-time, I would absolutely be Mimi's client. When I arrived they had me wait to their best tech, she took great care in doing my nails and thanked us multiple times for choosing their salon. Quality of service is poor and not worth the price they charge. Very basic service and overpriced. Language barrier with technicians that donʻt acknowledge the customer. I came home and put my own lotion on my feet because I got no lotion, no massage with my pedicure. And when I asked for exfoliation add-on, girl just looked at the floor like she didnʻt hear me. MH Nail Salon was clean and very relaxing. I made an appointment and upon checking in, I got called to a chair right away. They took their time and did a wonderful and thorough job on a deluxe gel pedi and mani. I had acrylics on my nails that were chipped, peeled and lifted. Mymy did an amazing job of gently removing the acrylics. She then filed, cleaned and trimmed my real nails, finishing them off with a beautiful French gel manicure. First thing I noticed was absence of pedicure spa liners in basin! I really needed a pedicure or probably would have left. Should we just trust the basin has been sanitized?! Got a pedicure and no option provided for sugar scrub and nail paint looked like budget kit ( bottle had clear liquid separated from paint and she had to shake vigorously!) Then for 30 minutes, the owners small children were running around for 30 minutes. Not relaxing at all combined with feeling uneasy about sanitation already. End result was just OK some uneven paint surfaces probably because of the cheap nail polish. $67 for regular pedicure before tips. The only positive was comfy chairs and newer facility but probably won't return sadly. read more

The salon is owned by a family and they all work together so well to make sure that every customer that walks in is taken care of either right away or has a short wait. Those who are waiting a staff member makes sure that they are taken care of and all the times that I have been there nobody leaves unhappy . The manager of the store Mimi, is wonderful at her job and I am lucky enough to be one of her clients. There is always a huge range of colors to choose for your nails and she works very very hard to make sure that each client is taken care of. I can honestly say that I feel very comfortable there and I know I'm going to walk out of there feeling very lucky that I am taken care of each time I'm there. She is so sweet, has a great personality and I love the fact that I'm going to walk out of there in a much better state of mind and can and do have 2 happy hands. It's the one thing I have a chance to do for myself and it's money well spent. I had a French manicure today for the first time in over 20 years or more, and when my appointment was finished, I looked down and realized if I had and needed to get one done, I am glad that it was done here. I keep looking down at my hands and they just look so pretty . Very grateful that they are close by to where I live as they are a huge success in the new plaza that's only a few years old and I hope things just continue to go well for all of them! read more

Took my mom to get her pedicure and manicure. Left her alone with them saying that they will take care of her, note that my mom is older and has a hard time hearing. We just wanted the pedicure and manicure with her fingers jelled and regular polish. Pedicure was $67 manicure was $37 including the paint which was $104.00 with taxes came out to $119.37. But charged her $191.37 saying that extra was for tip!! Who pays $72.00 tip. The money is not the issue here, it's the way they took advantage of my mom. They went ahead and took what they wanted to take as a tip without my mom's authorization. Be Aware when bringing the elderly to this kind of establishments. They said that they will take care but scammers aren't that slick! Got that paid with no tip .. I told them my tip is, Don't steal and take advantage of our kapuna's!!! They did sit me in the chair and eventually add water but I sat there so long the water ran cold. We ended up walking out.
