Horrible service. My truck was down 3 days longer than it should have. I was charged a restocking fee for a part that I never laid my eyes on. The other parts were in just at another location and that location wasn't checked until the 4th day of me calling, being told the part is there to show up and be told it's not. Should you have to order after hrs, be prepared to wait at least 25 minutes to be seen. That may be policy because there's a wait any other time as well. I will exhaust all options before I consider returning. read more

Terrible experience all around. Kept my semi for 2 days 'diagnosing' what I had already told them was wrong. Way overcharged for unnecessary labor due to false diagnostics. All they wanted was to upsell me the entire time. Left 2 days behind schedule for a drop off because I was loaded at the time, and with a bill of $3,600. Knowing I needed to leave asap, they took advantage of the situation, cornering me into getting things done I did not need. The crew should be ashamed of themselves and the service they provide. Drivers, stay away from this dealership. The Pilot down the street has a shop that is much better than this place. read more

If you care about quality work and meeting a timeline of getting your truck done than this is not your place. I do not write reviews however this place has made me so mad that I just had to use Yelp to pass along concerns. Poor office staff running around and not paying attention to the parts they order. Lack of attention to getting on to the task of fixing the trucks on time. Seems this is typical dealership mentallity. Too much of their work might be warranty work and they have lost their way for the true customer that is expecting attention to their job. read more
