They don't make any appointments, so it's first come first served. After intake--phone #, name, address, and what you want to get done--you'll leave your car with your tech and wait. It must've been about 40 minutes before I received a phone call that my car was ready. That's the only reason for 4 stars. My tech informed me they were unable to rotate my tires due to the fact that my front tires didn't have enough tread left on them. That was a good information since I will have to purchase new tires very soon. I thought that was a good customer service instead of went ahead and completed the job unnecessarily. Oil change ranges from basic for $29.88 to full synthetic for $45.88. There's one in the middle for $35.88. My tech recommended either the basic or the full synthetic. Since my car does not require full synthetic oil, I opted to go with the basic. Tire rotation is $2.50 per tire--I thought it was interesting since no one gets only one tire rotated, right? Shop opens at 7:00 am Mon--Sat, and at 8:00 am on Sunday.

It was very difficult to get an answer regarding a loaner when scheduling the window to get fixed. The first two times we brought it in, we were told that we would not get a loaner, even though our salesman guaranteed that when we bought the two vehicles we would get a loaner every time. So after bringing the car in two or three times, we finally got the window fixed within a month. Then, I waited for my car to get the registration mailed to us, but it never came in. We called several times and texted with our salesman, but never got an answer to where it was. He said he would give us updates, but was always with other clients. Here it is 10 weeks later and no registration for my car!!! Both my husband and I called and left messages, but never got a response.
