Don't ever go to this shop, they charged me $4,000 plus for some injectors and a fuel line system that didn't even last more than 1 year. They not only overcharged but also did a shit job at doing it. The lines were fed thru the chassis for who knows what reason and if you try to question the reasons for the charges, they just say "labor" again DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE if you want your build to go right. This was the worst shop I've ever been in my life. Worst customer service and charged me more then he had quoted me because the job was difficult for him. Which I completely understand. After still having to wait 7 days, he ask for me to pick up my truck and get the other half of It done somewhere else because he didn't do It right. He gave me a partial refund but was still over charged for ball joints. When I pick up the truck & I share how frustrated I was, he yelled at me & told me to get out of the store. Then proceeds to escort me to my car & threatens to fight me. Never going back. Lol read more

I had some work done and they left my car full of electrical wires and trash from the job They took off my louvers and didn't put them Back on and lost all the hardware Wouldn't recommend Zero stars read more

RPM is one of the best performance shops in El Paso right now IMO. Freddy is super friendly and he's always willing to help and give input on parts for your vehicle depending on the build you are going for! I take my Sti in regularly and it's always nice to see everyone at the shop! Super friendly environment and knowledgeable mechanics. If you're new to Ep and have any performance issues with your vehicle I recommend this place 100%! read more

.Avoid this dump at all costs!!! Not a real business. Looks like just a front for something very very shady!!! The lobby which doubles as the "showroom" has almost no inventory in it. The 2 people that "work" there were too busy picking their teeth and text messaging to serve walk in clientele. The place smelled like a rotting bag of Whataburger. Horrible people. read more

It's a small performance shop. Not really shady (like the guy said in the reviews). The man who owns it teaches at the local technical college. I buy bolt ons for my import here. The prices are very good and they install. They go out their way when they need to (or when you break a bolt). Great little shop! read more

Great service. Got me the parts I wasn't looking for and installed them in one day. I was looking to buy a bunch of unnecessary parts but the owner directed me to a better solution that wouldn't break the wallet and it wouldn't be too crazy. I love the car even more now read more

0 stars if i could.The guy gives u stuff that he says will fit ur car, and u end up paying more money to buy another unmentioned part just to install it. the guy literally buys stuff off of ebay and he sells it to u for twice the price. I bought a chrome muffler and the guy charged me $50 for the same muffler that i found out later on was on ebay for $25. I had another shop remove it and i installed a better one. Horrible service. It is also a chop shop. If u get a product installed there, they will overcharge u and if u leave ur car there too long, they will sell it for scraps. Theres a on the wall on the lobby with this message on paper. So u never know that even while ur car is being worked on, if ur car could be taken apart within or after the timeframe. Also ironically,all the ppl that work there have rpm products on their cars except for......the manager. Guy dont got nothing but stickers on his car. Its like he knows his stuff is crap and its not worth putting on his car. Coincidence? I think not. read more

horrible service! bought something from thinking i got a good deal, got home and started to install it. turns out he gave me the wrong parts and the item didn't even fit correctly. i called and told him about it and he told me to go buy the parts. i've had a lot of friends have bad experiences here too. don't go here! read more

Couldn't find a bumper for a 2001 dodge stratus rt anywhere in El Paso without having to wait for it to get shipped. Found a body kit with the front, rear, and side skirts (body kit) at a great price. They sell many upgrades for "racing" cars. They offer installation on various things. I brought my vehicle to this shop for an engine replacement, which took approximately a month to complete. While I understand that such work may take time, I expect it to be done correctly. However, within 24 hours of receiving my vehicle, it began to rev at idle and subsequently broke down, requiring immediate towing back to the shop. Since then, I have experienced a lack of satisfactory service and communication. The shop has frequently provided excuses and has implied that the issues were not their responsibility, despite their initial assurances regarding the engine's quality. My attempts to follow up via phone have been largely unsuccessful, as calls are often unanswered. When visiting the shop in person, I have observed the staff neglecting phone calls while they focus on their computer work. Recently, the shop manager explicitly stated that they have not touched my vehicle. It has now been over a month since the vehicle was returned to the shop for the second time and over two months since they initially had my car. The ongoing delays and poor service have been extremely frustrating. I personally do not recommend this shop. read more

These guys are terrible. They only work on cars they like for people they like and those people will swear by RPM.
