But that isn't why I give 5 stars; every place I called acted like I was asking for this crazy thing to get a new axle and hub assembly! Then I called here and not only did they know what I was talking about, but they looked the axle over and showed me things I hadn't seen. Very knowledgable and extremely friendly! I definitely would recommend them if you have issues with a 5th wheel wheel/axle/bearings. BTW, $540 for the axle and hub but also for the new hub on the other wheel. Couldn't ask for more in a business! Whoever owns this place should be very happy with the two guys working that area. We called 7 businesses before coming to this shop.

Then he became defensive, told us to leave if we were going to be impatient. Clearly doesn't like being asked questions. Then it escalated from there, there was cussing involved from both of us (him and I). Then he basically got in my face, and after a moment, I told him not to; which he replied he will fucking if he wants to. So it bordered on becoming a physical altercation. He left and I went to my car, only to see that my key wasn't in the ignition. So, I told one of the other employees, who went to go and get Sam. And it continued, Sam told me he didn't fucking care. Wasn't going to return my key to me and to call the police if I had an issue with this. Which I was forced to if I wanted my property back. About the hour that I waited, saw that he did nothing but laugh and converse with another man. I wonder how he manages to get any work done with doing nothing but wasting time. And finally gave them back after the hour, telling me that he felt bad for me since the police clearly didn't care since they had yet to show up. So if someone wishes to waste their time, money and be treated like they don't matter, this is definitely the place to go. And when told him I would leave a review, he thought it was hilarious. Clearly, he doesn't care about having a bad reputation and attitude and hollered as much to him before I was finally able to leave.

There's 3 things that stood out to me about everyone I interacted with at E&R Automotive…read more 1. They all spoke to me like a human being, not a robot regurgitating a script. This made me feel like they actually cared about the specifics of my vehicle, not just a sheet of repairs to check off. 2. They were honest. Before I brought my vehicle in, I had called with questions about it first and a quote. As with any mechanic, they need to see the vehicle and run their diagnostic before giving an official quote but I knew a general idea of the repair so I was asking around to see what different mechanics charge for their labor rate per hour. I liked E&R enough to called them back but was given a different hourly rate from the first phone call. Without hesitation, the employee very genuinely and respectively said they would honor the first rate I was quoted. 3. When Eddie called me with the quote after the diagnostic and when I picked my vehicle up, he educated me!! He explained to me and taught me what the problem was and how that happens on different vehicles. He had already earned my trust but this just emphasized more so that he and his employees are trustworthy. Everyone I interacted here was respectful. The quality of work on the vehicle was exceptional. I could tell they were very thorough and tested the vehicle well after they made the repair to ensure it was fixed and there were no more leaks. I had taken it to the dealer before I took it to E&R and E&R saved me! I really just can't say enough good things about E&R Automotive, highly recommend!
