First, I would like to mention, I rarely leave bad reviews, so this would be my first one. One, when you walk in you get greeted by the dirtiest stares & the horrible oder of cigarettes. They are lacking basic needs of customer service & are extremely unprofessional. Not only was it hard for me to understand their english but they had an attitude as well which made the communication impossible. Last but not least, they are definitely overcharging because the prices are not reasonable for their quality. Here is a picture of them you can find on maps, smoking, instead of working on bettering their business. (Also that blonde lady really needs a reality check.) read more

I will highly recommend people to stay away from this place the owner is un organized and not qualified to be a florist, my wedding flowers that she did was horrible, sloppy work done for the price she charges it was so bad that I was very disappointed, the center pieces that she worked on had empty spots with no flowers, plus the flowers did not look fresh. I went another place to order they denied services saying that it was already late for the day that they don't delivery after 4. Service was great however the quality of the flowers was horrible. I have no idea why but my roses that my boyfriend bought me from here developed mold within 3 days of having them. They molded from inside the peddles. I have NEVER had this happen to me and I take great care of my flowers & always will. This just comes down to quality because 3 days of receiving my flowers having full on mold developed within the flowers is just unacceptable. I hate to leave a bad review on a small business but my boyfriend paid good money for these. Not for them to mold from within but to last. They originally had a funky smell but i never mentioned it. I believe there really was something going on prior to receiving them. read more

By far the best flower shop in glendale. I went in there in a rush last minute to get two dozen roses for my girlfriends birthday and they were more than accommodating. Had trouble finding parking the lady who i forgot her name actually came outside and showed me where to park. The flowers were perfect unlike other shops as soon as i purchase them within hours they look old. Also to top it off when i left the lady that was so nice and accommodating called me and told me they charged me $20 extra and she zelled me the $20 back within minutes. I doubt any other place would of done that. I highly recommend this flower shop. read more

I have bought flowers from this place near me, and they were fine if not special. My biggest issue with them is how dirty they are. The lady dumps the used flower water right into the gutter in front of the store on Brand, where a bunch of filthy water now sits filled with other trash and cigarettes. It is totally gross and makes me not want to get flowers here anymore. read more

This flower shop needs to be avoided at all costs. They are very unprofessional, sloppy and unorganised. They were late to deliver the flower arrangements because they misspelled most of the worda and names that were properly provided in adv at their office. They went back to fix it and came 20 minutes lates after the service started. All the money we paid them was for having no flower flowers for the ceremony. That was very humili and embarrassing experience. read more
