Their queso fundido was prepared differently from anything I've had elsewhere, to include sautéed onions and pepper, but I'm now a fan of El Patio's presentation. The only negative was that it was served with no flour tortillas, we had to ask for them separately. Any good queso fundido is served with warm flour tortillas. So do yourself a favor and order the queso fundido and ask for the tortillas to eat it with. All of the other dishes ordered by everyone in our party of five was delicious and fresh, from the beef street tacos, to the pollo San Jose, to their chili verde, all wonderful. I already know this will be a family tradition every time we come back to visit.

Everything was freaking delicious. The Pambazo was larger than I expected, messy, and delicious with the charred bread, lettuce, and queso fresco stuffed inside with the bistec. The tacos (breakfast and traditional) and sope had grease, tortilla softness, and savory flavors from the bites. Price-wise, all ordered were a little over $20 which is a steal these days. No doubt I'm here again for Taco Tuesdays or any day when I'm in Center. Seems the citizens of the area cherish this spot and for good reason!
