I also disliked the way Dr Usman Khurshid spoke to me. He spoke too quickly and his manner was condecsending. I had to tell him to stop speaking to me as if I am an unintelligent woman! He also addressed me as "darling" and, again, I had to tell him to stop speaking to me that way! "Darling" isn't my first name! Both need to learn to be sensitive, especially towards patients who appear a little confused. They also need to practice patience and to speak to patients in a respectful manner! I'm glad I don't work with them!

Bloor Street: The staff are very nice and helpful. The clinic itself is the size of a dentist room very SMALLLL. This clinic is different as they ALLOW YOU to bring someone in for support while the Mississauga Queensway location DOES NOT. I preferred the does not clinic for that because it is empty , quiet and only people who are getting the procedure/clinic workers are there to aid you. All about preference. This one is so CRAMPED THAT THE ROOM WHERE THEY DO THE ABORTION IS SMALLER THAN MY WALK-IN CLOSET!!!!!! It is way TO SMALL OF A CLINIC. It is quite outdated and tight. But the staff are very kind and helpful. The largest room is the room where the women rest after the vacuum/surgical procedure. This one gave me an anxiety attack after with how tight, small and the amount of people they allow in the waiting room. Mississauga/Queensway: They do not rush you in any way, very large space for the operation/waiting room, it's quiet, very accommodating staff. The only downside I will say is the INTERNAL-ULTRASOUND TECH here is WAYYYY to aggressive with the wand in how deep and strong she inserts it. These days my mother only goes for B12 injections and sadly we have not had a good experience. Each time we go, we are informed that the nurse only has 1 or 2 or x patients ahead of her. We wait for an hour, and get the ''same exact number of patients ahead of her response. We end up leaving. Yesterday when my mother went up to reception to ask about status after waiting an hour she was told to sit down. Very disrespectful. A B12 injection takes a minute. The doctors at the clinic are great. The admin and front line staff are not. For these reasons I give the clinic a poor review.

He wrote up the forms I needed to get some blood work done and sent me on my way. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I returned the next morning to see the lab tech for my blood work. Though they open at 9 and I was first in line to see the tech, she did not see me until almost 9:30. Once I was in she was great. She had the needle in on the first try and thanks to my excellent pumping skills, I had the vials filled in no time.

The doctors all seem fairy knowledgable. I fractured my tibia once and came here to have it checked out. They sent me right over to Bloor and Christie (about a block away) to get X-Rays done and called me about 3 days later with the results. That's better service than my own family doctor provides! They also have a pharmacy located on the same floor, so you can always pick up your prescription there if need be. I would certainly recommend this clinic if you need to see a doctor and live in the area.
