They brought down loads of healthy branches by the bunches and left the dead stuff. In the end they said that they didn't know they were supposed to get rid of the dead branches. It's beyond me why you would the dead branches anyway. So now they have to come out another day and do what they were supposed to do in the beginning. They obviously did not listen to instructions and did not use basic common sense. I would tell anyone to stay away from this company.
