Once we made the decision for Provia, Jennifer, office manger, kept us informed as there was about a 3-month waiting period. She too was great to work with. The windows arrived and the install team was fantastic. Doug, Wayne, Wes and Rick were all very friendly, prompt, courteous, and did a quality install job. As they found problems, they went out of their way to fix them. In one case, the board under one of the large windows was completely rotten. They went to Lowes and fix the issue the very same day it was discovers. We definitely recommend Doug and the entire install team as well as Mike and Nick.

He took my ideas, laid out multiple options, and provided me with 3 different quotes on the type of work I wanted to have done. I explained I had 2 other companies coming out and I would have an answer by the end of the week. He thanked me for the opportunity. The other 2 companies I had scheduled to come out didn't even bother to show for up our appointment. I called my sales consultant, David, on Sunday letting him know that I wanted to move forward with the project. I explained that I had a very busy week coming up and he offered to meet me that day, which was his day off, so that I didn't have to miss any time at work.
