After 5 trips to Mexico City there is only place that we have always eaten at, @micompachava We take the time to plan a whole day around getting to eat and drink here because the meal never disappoints. Every time we go we try different items and every time we are extremely happy with our choices.
Our favorites .... the fish birria taco (cheese, flaked fish dipped in a fish broth. Think tuna casserole vibes). The whole grilled octopus - huge portion and perfectly cooked. Any of the specials that come in a red spicy sauce- each are a little different, but you get a variety of seafood in a sauce that highlights the freshness. Fried fish options - either the taco or whole fish. The batter on the fish is crispy and stays on the fish - it is just what you want. And lastly the tuna tostadas!!! The tuna is fresh and delicious.
They do get very busy and quickly on the weekends. It avoid standing in line, you can but your name on the list starting at 11:00. You add your name to the list and just come back at noon. If you come at noon or after you will wait. read more
