The best seafood taco I've ever had, maybe in my life. Dropped in on a Friday at around 3:30 and ordered a campechano taco, which at El Pescadito, this means fried shrimp and fried fish. It sounds like it would be really heavy but the batter was nice and light and it didn't even feel oily, even though everything was fried. It could also be because of the sauce and topping station. There are pickles/veggieis and a ton of sauces to choose from. I decided to keep it semi-simple and went with some cabbage, pickled red onion, lime, chipotle crema and avocado crema. This was probably the most fun part of the taco, besides eating it. My only regret is not ordering more, or trying some other tacos (or rather having the stomach capacity) but we had just eaten lunch prior to this, and this was my "dessert". That's normal, right? (Lol)

I was really looking forward to coming here as my husband had some good tacos here the last time he visited...and I love fish tacos =/. But unfortunately this was not all that great. When you walk in, they'll hand you a menu and you can just let them know at the grill what tacos you'd like. If you didn't get that many, feel free to wait right there while they make them for you. You'll get a receipt where they mark up what you got. You can always go back and get more and pay at the very end once you're full! There's a bar in the back with salsas, etc. I got the pescado taco, it came with 3 pretty large pieces of battered fish. Literally only MX$40. But it just wasn't good - it was pretty dry and didn't taste fresh. It seems like they had some pieces left on the grill so that when there's an order, they'll just heat up those even more before serving. Meh!

A great spot for a quick taco fix. They are known for their fried seafood tacos. We got the fish, shrimp, and marlin tacos. All there were fresh and tasty! Paired nicely with the Manzanita Sol apple soda. We had al pastor throughout our entire trip, so this was a good switch up.

Best fish tacos you are going to find with all the fixings so yummy!!! We happen to stumble upon it good people and good food but so worth it we will be back again. Do yourself a favor and come!

The restaurant seating does give mall food court vibes, but that's ok i wasn't looking for anything fancy. All the wait staff and servers were very friendly and attentive at all times. Food does not take long at all to come out. Overall the food was disappointing. The only taco that was decent and had some flavor was the chicken taco(pechuga). Quite literally everything else was flavorless. The sauces on the side were the saving grace for every item of food I ordered. The ribeye taco was soaked in grease, which made eating it messy. The chuleta taco had no flavor and i would even say tasted bad. I do not recommend it. The food is definitely overpriced, especially considering the area and the amount of taco vendors that sell better tacos. Now what made this experience terrible was my waiter. I ask for the check and the total was $1139. I told him i was paying cash and i put down $1150 cash. He then taps at the receipt saying there's a mandatory tip and service fee. So he added on $100 to the bill right there on the spot. I analyze the receipt he handed to me and none of this is reflected on the receipt. I refused to argue so i put down the extra $100 and asked for the change. Tipping isn't mandatory especially for a table of 2. So i feel the waiter just made this up. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY and save some money. Theres better tasting food at way better prices in the area.

This place is more of an expensive taco spot in Mexico City and more of a chain than anything. I wouldn't recommend as your first tacos in the city but was still good and satisfied my hunger. The salsas on the side were good and workers were nice. Very loud inside but decent seating.

The patio was very inviting, so even though it was a bit chilly we sat outside. Our waiter was great, he was also busy, but we got our orders in and received in a reasonable amount of time. The cocktails were off the charts. Honestly can't remember what they were, we got two with Mayan honey and spices, and they were phenomenal. So fruity and spicy and served in an aesthetically pleasing way. One was the cocktail of the month, Aperol and mezcal, why not? Tasted like a, "fruity fireplace," according to our friend to which we wholeheartedly agreed. They gave us each an elote amuse bouche which was a tasty surprise and got us ready for more tastiness. Had a variety of tacos that we all enjoyed immensely. Cauliflower-both types were equally good. Birria queso was incredibly rich and just saturated with flavor-in the best way possible. Had esquites with blue corn and ham croquettes that we thoroughly enjoyed, especially the side salsas. Definitely had to do some negotiating when divvying them up since all of use could have eaten more. This place is not inexpensive, you will drop some money here, especially since you'll want to keep trying cocktails and tacos, but it's worth it. Name on the door was Maiz y Tinto, so that confused me for a bit.
