We walked in for a cigar and ended up joining this members cigar lounge. Great atmosphere and three floors. They have lockers and a pool table on the 2nd floor. Marcus helped us out today and got us going. Great and friendly guy! They have three memberships and they have some live music and many other amenities also! I absolutely love this place. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Great activities such as live bands, comedy nights, etc. Great place to watch sports, play pool and relax. The atmosphere is exactly what you want: clean, chill, and nicely decorated. The staff is hands down some of the best customer service I've experienced -- seriously 20 out of 10. The owners are knowledge & their staff very attentive. The atmosphere is clean, relaxing, friendly and fun. This lounge has 3 levels and has members only lockers/lounge. The humidor has a variety of brands to choose from. The lounge even has their own line of cigars made in Nicaragua. The location is in the heart of downtown Pomona and is surrounded by restaurants & bars. There is no other lounge like it in the Los Angeles area. It's one of my favorite places to smoke cigars. read more

I almost fell asleep. That's how comfortable I was sitting in one of the plush chairs with the aroma of cigar smoke, No wait...the ventilation was so good my clothes weren't screaming after a session at the house of Havanas, the den of Dominicans, the casa of Cubans...call it what you want, I'll just call it my new favorite cigar lounge. My cousin brought me here, introduced me to Raul, and I instantly felt accepted. With colorful member nicknames of The Chairman, Don Cooler and Jailbreak, Kimchi, Nate the Jew, Solar Todd, Lil Prince, and the Black Republican, I was bestowed the nickname "Cousin" and knew this was my place too. They created a great atmosphere and provided impeccable service to our guests, many of whom mentioned the cigars as highlight of the evening. Highest recommendation - what a great find! Wonderful people, great place, and excellent cigars. I was fortunate to have spent some time last Sunday afternoon there, and even though I was visiting from out of town, they welcomed me in like an old friend. Nate was knowledgeable, kind, and quite funny, and he helped me choose some of their own cigars to try - which are really amazing for the money. He introduced me to a long-time member and great guy, Robert, and we had a great conversation along with our amazing cigars. Nate also introduced me to Ody who joined right in the conversation, as well as Miguel who came in just as I was leaving. One of my sons begins college nearby this fall, and I will make it a priority to stop in here for cigars and conversations on my future trips. read more

My friend and I came here hoping for a chill and relaxing day, but unfortunately, it was anything but that. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. They were distant and didn't seem interested in serving us at all. We tried to brush it off, but the overall atmosphere and lack of friendliness really impacted our experience. After waiting around and feeling out of place, we decided to just leave. It's disappointing because we were looking forward to a good time, but the vibe here just wasn't it. This new location has only been open less than 2 months. They did a phenomenal job on the build out. The Humidor room is huge with a great selection of cigars. All very well priced. Upstairs is reserved for their Gold Members. Lots of TVS and seating everywhere. Weekends will have live music. They offer very competitive membership prices. $45,$100,$250 monthly. A trendy, vibey hangout spot for the grown and sexy folks Bonus: Co-Owner Roy was a great host showing us around the place. I don't even smoke, but encouraged my Husband to become a member so I can have a hangout spot too! You'll love it! read more

I'm new to the world of cigars. So when my friend recommended this place & said it was the best around, I took him at his word & was not disappointed. This place was absolutely incredible. This is a private lounge but that didn't stop Nate from welcoming us in on an impromptu visit. He let us buy a few cigars, gave us a tour of the place (absolutely incredible) & let us hang out all night, smoke & watch the game. The selection was fantastic, the ambience had an old world charm & the members only lounges felt private yet welcoming & inviting. What a gem in the heart of Pomona. I've been there a few times, but my first experience was awesome. I was greeted by the owners and let them know I was a newbie lol. They gave me a tour of the place and what a beautiful lounge classy and vintage vibes. They recommended a bunch of different cigars which was nice because I had no clue was I was doing haha. I have a friend who has a membership here so I decided to come with him. Walked in and standing there was an older gentleman who couldn't have been more unwelcoming. We walked into the humidor and he proceeded to stand at the door as if on guard making us feel as if we were going to steal something. After we paid we went upstairs to play some pool. There were a few people brining food and drinks up. We thought it was a good idea, so we ordered some food next door. Went down to get our food, as we proceeded in the door, he says we can't bring our food upstairs even though there's already people eating up there. Will not be revisiting this establishment. I guess if you're in the "in crowd" he's fine with you, if not, he's rude. As a first time guest why would I want to pay to be a part of your membership with that kind of service? read more

We had been wanting to host a cigar party for awhile now, and it was great! Maritaza brought a few pre rolled cigars and also hand rolled the rest of the cigars. This is an experience that you will rarely have an opportunity to have here in the states. Family business very professional and highly recommended. Very freindly and informative, do your homework on the your type of cigar profile you and your guest enjoy and they will create a great experinece. Mi Havana Cigars is an experience with Cuban touch. As you walk-in they make you feel welcomed. I met the owner Raul and Maritza super humble and welcoming. They have a great selection of cigars, in fact the rollers (yes) rollers made me a fresh cigar to my taste. You will not get this experience at your ordinary cigar lounge. I have never seen cigars rolled right before my eyes the way Naranjo Cigars do. The cigar roller was very nice and educated everybody on the different types of leafs and cigars. All my guest were blown away with this service. I recommend this company to anybody that wants to turn a special event into an extraordinary one. read more
