The couple that runs this print shop was so friendly and helpful. My husband and I landed in Chicago two days before our wedding reception, and MiTe Printing was literally our first stop because we wanted to get a posterboard printed to put up at the entrance of all of the events that weekend. Retta and Tim helped me during a very sad, stressful time. A dear friend had passed on Wednesday, and his partner asked me on Thursday afternoon to have photos enlarged and mounted for display at a memorial gathering on Friday evening. I was afraid that it would be completely impossible to accomplish this task on such short notice, but I wanted to help my friend and honor his partner's memory. All of these are, of course, the must have qualifications of any printing service. However, what truly stands out is their costumer service! I can't say enough about how wonderful Terri is. Throughout the process I knew I had a trusted partner who would make things happen. Terri not only provides solutions in the event something doesn't go as planned but she also looks for best alternatives to not exceed the budget. In more than one occasion I felt as though I was their only and/or most important client, she even personally delivered stationary to my home when we were getting closer to the wedding date. Terri also listens and will reprint/cut/etc anything that you are not satisfied with until you are 100% happy. All of my guests loved the wedding stationary from the save the dates to the menu. I cant tell you how unhappy I am with the service level of MiTe. We have been a long loyal customer of them, and the service level has gotten horrible. They are very unprofessional on the phone, and sometimes downright rude. We gave them A LOT of business and they seem to not care based on their service level. They are always getting orders wrong, and mixed up, and the things we order are always late, and I always have to follow up on orders multiple times because they forget orders. if I am not constantly contacting them I would never get the things I ordered. Even though its a pain to switch vendor I'm doing it--Sorry Mite you lost thousand of dollars of constant business!! read more
