Rightfully so, they all do a great job from what I've seen. Parking is available outside of the location. The salon is spacious and they did a great job decorating. The vibe is very relaxed and glamorous. All of the stylist and the receptionist are so kind. It's high-end, I would say. They use products like verb and matrix. Back to my experience- I met Jen and she became my stylist. She does wonderful cuts and the color job she did to restore my natural color is still looking amazing after almost two years! She gave my hair life and dimension. I don't need much maintenance now but she is my go to for haircuts! She is very sweet and knows what she's doing! The coloring is gorgeous, natural looking (not brassy, yellowy, or violet) and has a lot of depth. She was a total sweetheart too. Highly recommended! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the salon's prices. $$$ on Yelp would be more accurate than the current $$ rating. This is not to say that they don't do a high quality job though. My hair is slightly longer than a pixie, and a very quick cut/trim after my coloring added $65 to my tab. That's bonkers. I might understand that price for someone with long hair who wants layering/texturing/new bangs, etc. but they should consider pricing their cuts on different levels. Also, the balayage was considerably more expensive than at my last salon in Austin - where everything is already stupid expensive. I still plan on going back though because I've yet to find another blonde colorist in this city who is as good as Brittany! I'll just have to get my hair cut somewhere cheaper.

If I were her the owner I would spending time with my customers and not ignore the customer sitting right in front of her. I was no disappointed . Don't waste Yur time with this place . All the hair dressers didn't have there hair done. They looked raggedy and not a good representation of their practice. Don't waste Yur time plus their prices were way too high.
