Within 2 days of receiving the car I reported issues with the AC and a faulty sensor. Even the oil was below the halfway line and i had to top it up. I brought it in and they refilled the it refrigerant (which was listed in the carfax it was replaced). They denied fixing my sensor problem because its not covered by any warranty. I was promised that i would have a warranty by the salesman and management, I did not get any documentation and only verbal agreement on it. I even requested this while there several times but never received it (my mistake, make sure you have everything documented). And now the car has a leak!!! All of this within a month and I have yet to make a payment! read more

I was a little concerned after reading the 1 star reviews, but this Acura is down the street from where I live and wanted to go to a dealership to get my car serviced. Yes I know it costs more, whatever. I want the convenience. I needed 4 new tires for my RDX and was able to get an appointment for the next day which was super convenient. David from the service department helped me and he couldn't have been more courteous. As soon as I pulled in, he came out and pulled up my appointment info. He took some pictures of my car and then gave me a price breakdown including taxes and labor so I could have an idea. I decided to wait for my car since I wasn't in a rush. The waiting area was nice and spacious with lots of chairs. There was one of those nice coffee machines that makes different kinds of coffee. I had a cortadito which was surprisingly good. There was also a mini fridge stocked with bottles of water. Someone that was keeping an eye on the area because after about 10 minutes sitting there, I noticed him come over and clean the area and restock the coffee cups. I got a glimpse into the sales area when I walked to the bathroom and it looked very nice. My car was ready after 2 hours and they even gave it a great wash. In the end the price ended up being about $50 less than what David initially quoted me. There was no upselling anything or trying to get me to purchase anything extra. I even asked about my battery since I think I will need to replace it this year, and he said nope it's still good! I will definitely come back here for my car service needs. read more

I was very pleased with the team that helped me purchase a car today. I contacted Miami Acura online through their chat feature just to see if they had specials coming up in August. Trini was quick to respond and very informative. She stayed in contact with me for about a month to evaluate my needs and to make sure I was taken care of. I contacted her yesterday and she set me up with a colleague, Felix, to test drive the car I had my eye on. Felix answered all of the questions I had to the best of his ability and was very informative about market trends and which new models were flying off the shelf. I also had to step out of the dealership for an hour to pick up my son, and Felix was great about accommodating my schedule. When I returned, Felix had set me up with the finance manager, Kelvin, to walk me through all of the paperwork. He was very thorough and explained each warranty and coverage. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and on the road with my new car. The efficiency and professionalism at Miami Acura was outstanding. SALES: I have zero complaints about the sales process here. After a life event I wanted to trade in a car. I saw a car I wanted online and Lazaro in sales made it happen. I used my own financing, and got a decent deal on a nice certified TLX that's accident free. I had a TL before so I know that Acuras are generally reliable. The certified preowned cars I saw at this dealership were in decent condition, so it seems you can trust them to have a good, well-kept selection. SERVICE: I've gotten a few things replaced under warranty (peeling vents nothing major) and the service department was efficient (although a bit disorganized). The waiting area is a nice touch (donuts, bottled water, and a real coffee machine with options). All in all I'm happy with my purchase and the service I received. read more

A winning combination of scummy and inept - avoid at all costs I have had an Acura for 10 years now and believed that the dealership would be a safe bet for repairs. I came in asking for them to fix a leak in my tire and they instead misdiagnosed the issue as a malfunctioning tire pressure sensor (a much more expensive repair). While I did not feel that this was the solution, and asked what the process would be if they were wrong, I reluctantly took their recommendation and pre-ordered the part, continuing to drive my car in the meantime. They stressed that this was a sensor issue so to ignore the system alarm indicating a major difference in pressure between one tire and the rest (which can result in a tire blow-out). In this time I drove four hours each way for Labor Day weekend in the Florida heat. Only later did I realize that the sensor was in fact correct and that it was a miracle that we didn't have a major accident. As suspected, hundreds of dollars and an unnecessary sensor install later, the problem continued. Following their failure to fix this I quickly found a local garage who managed to diagnose the issue and repair it in 30 min for $20. After raising this with Acura and requesting partial reimbursement due to their mistake (not to mention incompetence that could have gotten someone killed) I was ignored and ultimately denied. This location not only seemed to knowingly up-sell me on something completely unnecessary for my vehicle but also put myself and others at risk for a major car accident. It is only a matter of time before someone falls victim to their malpractice. Please be vigilant read more

This is the dealership and service department of your nightmares. Go to Esserman in Doral instead or even Pembroke Pines. I would drive to California not to deal with these guys. I dropped my car off for service here with a dead battery and no other issues. They replaced the battery, and the vehicle cleared their inspection. They told me it was ready for pickup. I ubered 35 minutes to pick up my car before the holidays, i needed it to travel to visit family. When i went to pick it up, i turned the car on, and immediately the pc told me that a tire was completely flat. I went to go look and there was a huge nail in it. I left it there for them to look at it, no big deal I thought. To my shock, they called me later and told me that they could not repair the tire, and that I would have to come pick up my car and go buy a new tire myself. Yes, these morons put a nail in it themselves, and then asked ME to replace the tire out of my pocket. Only when I told them I had tire insurance, would they replace the tire. When I complained to the manager about this awful experience, he stood his ground and said that I was the one that put the nail in the tire. Well then, whoever did the vehicle inspection must have been totally blind. Nope, it was definitely them. Like I said, drive out of your way not to deal with these guys. read more

Purchased my first Acura from this location 5 months ago. I was originally looking to purchase this black MDX they had, but with me taking too long to decide I wanted the vehicle they sold it. When I decided to go with a MDX, they only had a silver one left, so I decided to take it. I was told via text it was the same as the black one. I go in straight to signing since I already test drove the black one. After signing for this vehicle, I realized this one did not have all weather mats like the black one I originally looked at. When I ask about the mats, I was told this vehicle did not come with them. If I would've known this was not included, I would've never purchased. All my vehicles always had weather mats and since the silver was the "same as the black" I figured it came with them. If this was the case, I would've never signed for the car and would've purchased a Mercedes elsewhere that I was also looking at. Besides the weather mats, when I get home and look at the car the next day, the plastic behind the driver seat had a 6" crack in it. When I call they tell me the car was as is. This is a BRAND NEW CAR. I'm planning on upgrading my car again, but I will NOT purchase another vehicle with Acura. I upgrade my cars every year-year and a half so they would've had my business constantly but with these issues, I will NOT purchase from Acura or this location. read more

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review on this Acura Service Dept. We have muti Acura and will now be looking for a new service department due to the misleading act of David Chirinos our service advisor. My fiancé bought in our 2020 RDX for a oil change and to have the tires air inflated to the proper spec since we don't drive this car much during that time she gets a invoice of service done that she didn't authorize. When she bring it to the advisor attention he stated you did authorize the work when you signed for the a service oil change. Therefore she felt obligated to pay an invoice for a total of which she was never called for or authorized. At this time I call and speak with Gilbert Paz where he offered us 30 dollars off. I stated the issue is bigger than this. The work was not authorized an Email was never sent like it has been in the past with work that needs to be done or not done. Only an email showing the vehicle was in-service. Makes you wonder is it because she was a woman alone?in fact we never got a quote just he is your bill. This is unacceptable. I will be following up for corporate about this. After my fourth vehicle from this same dealer, I think it's clear this place is top notch. Unlike most other dealers, there is no aggressive hunt you down as you walk through the door. They give you an opportunity to form your own opinion of the product, and then they will come in to help teach you more about the car, see what you think, and of course they hope to make the sale. If they don't, don't worry. The stellar service they give you always sticks out in your mind, as they are the place you WANT to buy a car, not just have to. I've gone so far as to buy two vehicles in the same day, and still be in and out with both trades and new paperwork in less than four hours. I went to make a test drive on the 2014 mdx lease they are promoting online, zero down payment, zero first month payment, for 500 dollars a month, the sales representative was very enthusiastic and polite, after trying the car and submitting my application for credit verification I ended up signing the papers and taking the car home, everything was perfect until one week later they called me stating that my credit was not good enough (7.32 score) ??? And that I have to give 4000 dollars down to keep the same monthly payment or extend the lease to cover the difference, I was astonished when the finance manager offered to keep the same conditions but to take the RDX instead??? In other words to pay the same for a car worth 18000 dollars less than the one I had leased on first instance. Sadly I returned the car as I had the feeling that the only way to keep it was to accept being financially raped. A clear manouver of bait and switch. I think this is by far my favorite Acura location. Their stock is a little limited but their service department is amazing. I think I've dealt with the same guy every time I've been in, save once or twice. He remembers who I am, and even asks how my mom is doing. There have been times when I've had problems, and they managed to get my car in early in the day and send it out with me at the end of the workday (I wasn't old enough to be given a loaner at the time and NEEDED my car). Their waiting area is very comfortable, and every single employee I've met there has been insanely nice. I just wish I could drag this dealership up to the Tampa Bay area! read more

I was sold a certified pre-owned RDX from Esserman Acura with a aftermarket battery. Gary and the staff at Miami Acura have repaired the battery terminal ends previously and never mentioned the aftermarket issue.. Today I was left stranded on the side of the road with an infant and a 5 yo. I called the roadside assistance but once at the dealer I was told I have to pay for the new battery. I had the absolute worst car buying experience at Miami Acura. I honestly started to leave the car there and just settle for something else. The staff there are very unprofessional and extremely rude. The finance staff attempted to side swipe me with different fees and amounts and belittle me. It was quite intriguing initially as someone who works with numbers for a living. Because I was a young female by myself the finance personnel appeared offended when I asked for the break down of my options. Honestly, I was reviewing the positive reviews and I honestly think that perhaps I was treated so poorly due to my gender and ethnicity. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car from them. I bought a part online on 9/9. I happened to look at update and saw my item was canceled on 9/17. Contacted them via email on why order was canceled, they stated item is no longer available. I got no notification if I didn't follow up. I asked if my refund on the item was issued and they stated it was being processed on 9/17. I followed up again on 9/23 asking about the refund and they stated it was issued. I continued to contact them 2 more times and I received no response. I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If they do business like this, I wonder how they keep customers. Coming to shop here for an Acura tsx after seeing some great deals online I was optimistic to resolve my car issues on this visit. The associate was very pleasant and did a great job of showing the 2011 model. Unfortunately the great deal was on the 2010 which they only had 1 in stock how convenient. Everything was going well until we got to the negotiations or rather the lack of negotiations. The deal we came in with was $360 0 down 0 due at signing after about an hour the best he could do was $360 0 down 0 due at signing. Oh and unless we swore to take the car today it was not a real offer. Is this a joke? No deal. The last 2010 model I won't even mention because he was obviously not interested in selling that either since he made an offer well over anything that made remote sense. I too leased an '04 TL from Miami Acura and it was my absolute favorite car, until I leased an X5 from BMW. I leased a new 2017 MDX for 50k with a monthly payment of $ 640.00 (totally not worth it) Love the MDX but it's not a favorite. Lease is up in about 2 weeks and it only has 16,700 miles so decided to finance and keep it. I called ONE time to ask about financing and the calls have not stopped. BTW-already financed through Chase. I have to say the salesman, Jean Sterling couldn't be worse. Just his attitude almost changed my mind and had me walking away from Acura for good. read more

I think this is by far the worse dealer I have ever had experience with. I am 52 years old and can not even recount the number of cars or dealers I have dealt with. This was my first experience pursuing a pre owned car. This dealer was very deceptive and manipulating. Even though I gave them my terms and conditions, which they agreed to over the phone, when I arrived they indicated they misunderstood. This was the second time I went there, so they knew I was firm. Oddly enough when I left the lot my trade in car, that they insisted on checking for the 3rd time without my supervision, had problems even my mechanic can not explain. I recommend that anyone going to them stay with there vehicle if they intend to use it as a trade in, In addition, I recommend checking with the prices at Rick Case Acura of Pembroke Pines before making a decision.
