Avoid going to this dealership. These guys are not honest. Specially the salesman Ben - Bahman Pishgou. He list the cars from dealserhip on his facebook account for less money and when you call him he does not mention anything and ask you to come to dealership to make the deal.. I found a car on his facebook page and asked him about it and he made me come to the dealership. I drove an hour to get to the dealership and as i was about to get there he texted me telling me that the car is over 50k now , and then i called him on it telling him that i can buy a brand new one for that price so he said go buy new and hung up on me. Not only that but before all this, i spoke with internet manager Adrian Perez and he told me the price too over the phone and told me oh we do work with our customers but you have to be present on site for us to make a deal. I've been coming to Doral Acura for a while and usually have a decent experience, but today was honestly disappointing. I came in for a simple oil change and, like in the past, expected to be offered a ride home or an Uber if the service was going to take longer than usual. This time, that courtesy wasn't even mentioned. I specifically asked how long it would take and was told an hour and a half. Instead, I ended up sitting in the lobby for nearly three hours and a half. Had I known it would be this long, I would've arranged my own Uber home and actually gotten some work done instead of wasting a huge chunk of my day just waiting around. Communication and customer care definitely fell short this time. Not once did my service consultant Sebastyan come communicate with me give me an update. Car was advertised at 34k and then we were given a price of 43k with mostly fake fees. Classic bait and switch. Any price you see add $10000 and ask yourself if it's worth it. I came to Acura from trying to purchase a Taos from Volkswagen next door, where I was treated horribly, and met Ben. Ben was an angel from the start. He told me he'd get me in the car I wanted today that he would do whatever in his power and I thought yeah yeah sales pitch. But boy did he come through for me like no salesperson has ever done before. The finance manager Vicente and the manager Leo were phenomenal as well. At the end of the day, I left with my dream car. From the very beginning, they told me the car cost $38,000, but later changed the price to $41,000 without any clear justification. After our first visit, we filed a complaint with Lithia Driveway due to the poor treatment and bad service we received--especially their insistence on forcing us to finance through them instead of using our own bank, which was offering a much lower interest rate. I want to write down my details experience from buying process to service process with this dealership. I got the 2024 Acura RDX Aspec with 10000 miles on 12/28/2025. Buying process with Janse was good. He is a good salesperson. He gave me a good deal . So I decided to go ahead with deal. Finance person wanted me to buy warranty package on new car , which I denied . He keep trying but I denied completely. Also it took almost 1.5 hrs to complete the paperwork. Biggest problem started after the purchase. I tested the car in night and did paper work . Put down $10500 . Next day , i realized , car windshield have problem so I took the car back and dealership service saw the issue. They told me that to replace , they need to get approval from Acura and gave me 2 weeks time. I waited for 2 week and called in mid Jan , 2026 but still no updates on when they will replace it. I kept calling and finally in Feb, dealership told me to drop the car on 2/27/2206. It took 2 months to just get the windshield. Now its more than 10 days and they still have to deliver my car back. From 3 months, I am not able to enjoy my car. Paid off the car loan almost 50% in 1 month so I can own it and enjoy it with my family. I would suggest , never take your car for service with them . Luxury vehicles shouldn't come with nickel-and-dime policies like credit card fees. When you're paying premium prices, basic conveniences should be included--not treated as an extra charge. UPDATE. Doral Acura finally produced documentation for the $1998 "Protection Pack". It includes a PermaPlate 7yr appearance protection warranty that looks pretty descent and a LoJack 3yr limited theft warranty that only pays a $5000 benefit if the car's not recovered. And, it can be cancelled for a full refund within 60 days. It shouldn't have been this difficult. read more

Purchased a 2023 Audi Q4 eTron at the end of June. My wife and I both lost our jobs less than a week later. We were able to unwind the deal after a major hassle. However, Doral Acura never removed my wife's info from the registration. We didn't realize this until we started receiving invoices from the FL toll authority. After contacting Doral Acura and Lithia Motors, nothing has been done to resolve the issue. We are now on the hook for over $100 in tolls. We were interested in a2023 Sorento which had a very attractive internet price When I spoke with the manager Susana Machado she said the car was in inspection and the price could change. This is because they wanted to raise price of the car She said the price raised depended on what they would need to do to the car. Don't buy your car here. This has got to be one of the sleaziest dealerships of all time, and if its reflective of Lithia dealerships overall, I would avoid them all. You're guaranteed to be ripped off in one of numerous ways in the process. They may price their cars aggressively to get you through the door (which it will), but after they get you in, they'll do everything they can to recoup any value. My personal experience: I went in twice to negotiate a price I found on their website. First time was cordial but we couldn't agree on a price, so I walked away. However, I was a little weary because the salesman tried to gaslight me into thinking the seatbelt was not malfunctioning when it clearly was. Second time, I saw the sales price had been decreased by a significant amount, so I enquired about it and they told me to come in. When I got there, they just reprinted the quote they gave me the first time. Then, I had to negotiate that down to a price that was still $500 more than "the lowest they could go" the first time given the discounted price on the website. And even then, on all of the paperwork they listed the previous sales price with a discount rather than discounting the updated price. I requested them to remove a fee for a "mandatory add on" (Lojack and Permaplate) that was "already installed," and they wouldn't budge saying that it was already done and standard. Still, thinking it would be a decent deal for the price out the door, I advanced with deal. In the process, the "finance guy" tried telling me that my quoted interest rate was based on equifax (which was the lowest of 3 credit scores of mine they reported). The rates were okay, but I knew I could get better, so I asked them to use an external offer I had. Then, the sales manager comes in 5 minutes later and offered a more competitive internal rate, saying that in actuality, the internal lender would use the highest score reported (so which is it??). Thinking it was a competitive rate I advanced with the deal. Finally, the finance guy tried telling me that there was an extra, mandatory "GAP insurance" that increased the out the door price $1500, because I was financing more than 60% of the car. Instead of having me review an offer sheet with this added, they just tried pushing the contract on me to sign, and as I was signing it, I noticed that it was reported optional and consulted someone else who confirmed this was absolute BS. I again told them to use my external financing, and then finally they refused because "ultimately they wouldn't make as much in kickback to their dealership if they don't go with the internal funding." The sales manager is probably whipping around the Ferrari he keeps outside in the front because he's fleecing everyone who walks in the door for an extra $10k+ in pointless fees. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Zero stars! Worst dealer ever! They leased me a ZDX with a huge residual value and car was discontinued 4 months later. I think they knew it was being discontinued and now I am stuck in the lease and the car is not even an Acura...it was built as a lyric platform by Cadillac. Not Acura quality at all. I had an Integra before and loved it. My integra was stick shift and I had to trade it due to herniated dics in my back from a car accident where someone T-boned me. This ZDX car is a piece of junk. Feels clunky and huge and doesn't drive smoothly. Hard to drive as it is too loose on steering. It was sold to me as they were going to build an Acura electric the following year and I could trade it for that one. Never happened! . My salesman Janse Lazo told me the new Acura electric vehicle was coming and it would be built by them and it never came to fruition. Now they refuse to work with me to trade it in for an integra based on their inflated residual value. They don't want this piece of junk back either. It is horrible. read more

Original review early June- I contacted Doral Acura last Tue about purchasing a vehicle I found online. What followed was a week of incompetence, lack of communication, complete unprofessionalism, & shady ethics. I was promised information on the vehicle all day Tue & Wed- it didn't arrive until late Wed after I repeatedly followed up. All I wanted was a video of the car since I am not local.  Once I decided to move forward, the finance manager sent a link for a $500 deposit, stating it would be refunded Friday. From there, it only got worse. Thur, I tried contacting them all day to finalize the sale. I didn't hear back until 7p- only to be told no one could help because he, the finance manager, had taken the day off. I find it hard to believe a large car dealership can't sell cars if he happens to not be working but okay. Fri late morning, I followed up again- I'm in sales and no one would ever have to try this hard to give me their business. The purchase contract was finally sent- with the wrong price. I pointed it out, & a corrected version was sent- this time with new errors: that I was purchasing accessories that I hadn't agreed to (& via text when questioned, he told me I'm not getting accessories) & further, said there was no deposit paid. When I asked about the deposit, I was told it was never taken- I sent my credit card statement showing the pending charge by them and a screenshot of the original payment confirmation that I took when it was made. He told me he'd look into it, & I signed the docs. The entire purchase process lacked any guidance, clarity, or care. No communication. No "congrats" or "thank you" after completion- not even confirmation I officially owned the car. I had to message the sales guy myself just to confirm the purchase was completed & that there was nothing further to do or sign. Days later, on Mon, I still hadn't heard from them about my refund, so this time, I sent proof of the *completed transaction of money going from my account to Doral Acura, listed right on the bank statement- the finance manager continued claiming there was "no record" of the deposit & stopped responding altogether. I followed up again today (Tues) about it & he claimed he would normally receive an email confirmation of a deposit & he didn't, so he has no proof I made one-despite me providing actual proof. He stopped responding again so I let him know that I've since had to dispute the charge with my bank & his response was 'good, cause they have no record'. Worth mentioning that 50% of his short texts the entire time, that I had to constantly follow up to get, contained typos- not the most of professional impressions. Now I'm genuinely worried about the condition of the Range Rover I purchased1 which I've never seen in person- after witnessing how poorly they've handled everything. I have zero confidence that it will arrive in the "like new" condition they promised. Do not give these people your business. If you do, never pay a deposit- even if they ask- because they'll deny ever receiving it. Go through every document they send you with a fine-tooth comb. This dealership is not professional, not responsive, & absolutely not trustworthy. Update 7/30- may be getting a lawyer involved. The car arrived with a deep scratch across the entertainment center- something I asked about & was told nothing was wrong. Repair will cost $2-3k- I've been advised to request a credit from them. Now, nearly two months after I bought the car 6/6, they're claiming the deal isn't finale due to missing insurance info & VIN inspect- info they should've gotten long ago? I've already made a payment on the car. The temp plate expired 7/8 & I haven't been able to drive the car legally since. No response from them on mailing me a new one so I can drive my car, that's.. not my car? I had to dispute my deposit through my bank- they never refunded it. Terrible Customer Service. I have a lease on a 2024 Integra with 10k on it that is a year and 4 months in and brought it in for a scheduled oil change and maint. I pay extra for a Maint. package on this vehcile as well They tried to tell my wife that she needed a front end allignment for $275.00. She told them that she would check with her husband and let them know immediately. I've been calling them since 11:20 and it is now 3:00 and they will not put the service person on the phone. After 3 calls with CS reps Marcus and Sophia and leaving a voice message for the Service Manager Roberto Perrara, still no answer from them. My wife got the car back and all they did was change the oil (i Hope, I'll have to look at the oil later) but they forgot to change or top off any of the other fluids and the windshiled wiper resevoir was totally empty. On top of all that the Gagrage supervisor was calling my wife "Honey", "Sweety" and other spanish terms of endearment used for girl friends to pacify them. The sales team I do have to say are honest and reputable men. My rep is Pepe Borges who I have been buying cars here from for over 25 years. Guess I'll call him monday and ask him WTF is going on. Went in here today to learn about the RDX as we narrowed it down to one of three vehicles we may buy next week. I called them first and Zach said he would meet me at 1:45pm. I get there on time, and no Zach, and it looked like all the sales people were in a meeting. I had to wait there 15 minutes before some other salesperson, Daniel, greeted me, not telling me what happened to Zach, and no apology. Daniel was good at showing me the differences of the vehicles and providing a test drive. However, when it came to obtaining a couple of prices from him, he pushed back. Daniel told me, "when you have made your mind up, then you come here and we will talk price". I told him I required the price so I can make an educated decision against the two other types of vehicles. He reluctantly took my Audi for a test drive and then came back and told me he submitted a "CarMax" price quote and quickly gave me a rough idea of a monthly payment. Apparently their sales manager, who didn't even come out and introduce himself, did not want to crunch any detailed numbers until "they" figured I was serious. That was just shocking. It was clear that the sales culture here needs some work. The sales team needs to communicate better, especially when a customer is coming in. They should also treat the customer with more respect when he/she is asking for what the detailed costs will be. I really didn't feel like they wanted to help me anymore because I wasn't willing to buy today. What they failed to understand is that if they gave me the pricing, then I would have that to better make a decision, and perhaps choose them. Why was it such a big deal for them to present some numbers together on two different RDX packages? I purchased a CPO 2021 Acura on 11/08/2023 for my folks. It's now 8 months later and I don't have my vehicle registration or tags. They have never once offered a replacement drive out tag. I literally have submitted all the paperwork over and over and over. Each time I get a different excuse. When I purchased the vehicle it was a good deal. There was some confusion at the closing with the finance manager asking for more money which didn't correspond with the paperwork but I wrote it off as misinformation. The service after the sale is disgraceful. As much as I love the car and price I ultimately paid I could never recommend them for how they have handled and treated me in getting my tags and registration. HORRIBLE COMPANY NO INTERGITY If i could give this dealership a zero I would i went to Doral Acura on saturday June 29, 2024 with my husband to look at a MDX 2022 pre-certified. 1. I just wanted to shop around in i was informed that I couldn't do that it had to be online in see what they had available from an older sales lady she proceeded to talk in my husband politely explain to her he rather speak with someone in english vs Spanish not personal just business because, its his first language the lady wouldn't take NO for an answer so I walked away from the conversation she felt I disrespected her but, I did not i just didn't want to keep the back in forth I went in got a english speaking sale-man Jairo, who we sat down with in every car we requested information was not available because, there "CDK HACK" they used that line for everything! the company leaves the sold/ cheaper cars on there site to BAIT people to come in. However Jairo showed us a 2024 MDX pre-certified with 12Kmile the car was good, however we couldn't meet at a number so we decline in left. 2. June 31, 2024 Sunday, my husband stops by Doral Dealer alone with our son to see about another CAR an MDX 2023 pre-certified with even less mileage 10K listed at $37,990. BUT MONDAY July 1, 2024- I received a call at 2:35pm from Jonathan/ Johnny his #305-773-3388, stating there was an error with the paperwork in i needed to come back to sign a new contract. I was puzzled because, I had never had this happen. Jonathan assured me that nothing will change in the documents i specifically asked several times on the phone if 1 number is changed everything changes in he told me NO nothing was changing only 72mts to 84mts in i explained to him if that is changed all the rest of the number changes APR, the total amount finance, the total sale. Joanthan sales manager that deals with numbers all day STATE NO!. which i know its not true everything changes 1+1 is 2 at Doral Acura is 1+1 is -500 So I called the bank to confirm if they received my contract from Doral Acura in the bank stated no paperwork were sent in that its fishy that a dealership calls you back the next day to renegotiate a contract that was already signed because of an Error they made on there part. Jonathan, called me a couple times i told him he needed to wait as i was picking up my 3 children including a child on the spectrum that his route cant change like that he stated they will be there till 9pm. I went around 6pm my husband was already there they didn't give him any information as Jonathan wanted me there to trap me at the dealership once I arrived Jonathan in the Finance director had me wait 1hr or more I guess till all the rest of the customer left. Once i started speaking to the Finance manager/ Director whatever her title. she started to explain that the terms should be 84mts APR 8.3 finance charge 12K which brings the car to 38K above the listing price that they have on there website the price increases total of 7K from the original contract that i was financing 34K According to the lady which i cant remember her name it was there error in because of the CDK hack everything was incorrect. Absolutely worst used car dealership in the ENTIRE STATE OF FLORIDA. I am not the reviewing type but these people need to be stopped. My brother and I rode an entire hour and a half to this location after being told we could buy a vehicle at a certain price. The story changed after Jose Jiminez and his "team" saw us arrive. Not only were they beyond unprofessional, they made us feel like less than human because we didn't speak Spanish. The car salesman literally could HARDLY COMMUNICATE. I couldn't even relate a stain in the seat because he didn't speak English. Next, we go inside to negotiate and some guy named Alfredo comes in claiming to be the manager. It was QUITE obvious that Alfredo was NOT IN A POSITION TO NEGOTIATE. He said, "we don't sell a lot of cars. So whatever we have to say to get you to come in we will say". My response was, "so you bait and switch?" When I called to complain I was told that the real manager is named Ozuna or Azuna. Either way, she was the one who had the biggest attitude ever! UPDATE: I continued to monitor the car on the dealers website. As with all of the cars that don't move quickly the dealership often times lowers the price. Mid week of this past week quite to my surprise my wish came true the asking price lowered from about $42,000 to just below $39,000 (not quite the $38,000 of the initial website listing which was then raised to $42,000 when I put a deposit on the car, ...but I digress) After seeing the lowered price I then completed the dealership's website requested information for 'Home Delivery' (Initially I had driven three times to actually see the vehicle only to find the price had risen when final numbers were presented an vowed I would not waste another 3 hours in traffic) Nonetheless their form was completed and sent. The next morning I was hopeful I would be contacted. I also checked online for car's listing ... only to find out the asking price had risen to approx $41,000. overnight! I was outraged to realize when sincere interest was shown by a buyer this dealership responded by altering the price of the car...TWICE. I emailed the manager of the dealership requesting a call to discuss the issue. After waiting two days for any sort of response to my email or the online 'Home Delivery / Purchase Request' their lack of concern is obvious. At this point I have given up and as before my intent is to save others from this frustrating game being played. Just bought a BRAND new Acura MDX and literally 3 weeks after almost got killed on I-95 Express Lane when tire exploded for no reason whatsoever. Hit the Roadside assistance button and they said I wasnt subscribed. Esserrman did not hesitate to tell me not their fault and sorry but wont be under warranty pay for new tire $240 or more or will give back. I have owned a Toyota 4Runner for years, 220,000 miles and this has NEVER happened. Same is true with a BMW X5 that I justed returned with under 30k miles. For the record the Acura I just purchased had under 200 miles. NOT UNDER 200,000 MILES. It had UNDER 200 MILES. Regret turning in my BMW X5 because at least I was safe with run flats. What happened to us on I95 was beyond stressfull. Unforgivable under any condition. NEVER AGAIN FOR ACURA UNLESS THEY GET RUN FLAT TIRES AND MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'M A DESERT STORM VETERAN AND MARRIED 29 YEARS SO I'M NOT THE KIND OF PERSON THAT MAKES UP STORIES. I have not had a single good experience here. Back when I was getting my first car at 16 years old, we found an Acura at a different dealership and had it brought to this one to get it checked out because my parents wanted a safe car for me. Well, the guy we bought it from paid off the techs at this place to say my car was in perfect condition. A couple years later we find out the frame is bent and it looks like it went halfway through a chop shop. Awesome at being responsible Esserman. When I went to replace that car, I decided to stop by and see what they had on the lot. I couldn't get straight answers from any of the salesmen there, and basically got treated like crap. Okay, so I'm a young female who is after something specific (a 2001-2003 CL, no red, no white, and under a certain mileage) and knows what she likes. That does not equate to the unacceptable, demeaning behavior I had to deal with. It's the only failtastic Acura dealership I've been to. Miami Acura on US-1 is amazing, Acura of Palm Beach is amazing. Esserman Acura in Doral? Full of scumbags. Avoid it like the plague. read more

While I was window shopping, I stopped here to test an Acure for the first time in my life. They seemed interested in helping me and even offered me to take their Courtesy car for the weekend, but failed to reply to my questions that I left pending. The chat on their site asked me for my number for a call back, and I was never contacted. The online Manager said that he couldn't give pre-owned car prices, but was asking me what it was promised, not sure why. I emailed, texted my Sales Associate and didn't get a reply. Unless "I got it" counts for a reply. I still don't know the prices of the car I was looking for. I might come back for service since they are close. I will always try once, but we will see the experience. First experience could have been better. My review would have been better, they had a great effort while I was there, but failed on follow ups. I guess they weren't hungre enough to keep me as a customer. read more

I was looking for a vehicle to replace my Subaru WRX which was at lease end. Vidal Nuñez, the Sales Consultant spent time with me describing the Acura TLX V6 in great detail. We took it for a test drive and after that discussed some lease options. As I wasn't ready to make a decision, we parted ways in a cordial and professional manner. 2 weeks later, I returned to look at the TLX V6 but with an upgrade to the Technology Package. Vidal, explained the differences and offered me to test drive the vehicle. After we did, he proposed me a lease plan that made me decide to purchase the vehicle that day. Vidal and the rest of the delivery team were very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Great car buying experience. But the service department is the worst. Unfortunately most Acura dealers treat Acura owners like its just a normal car when its a major purchase. The car received a chip on the windshield and was replaced by their glass service provider the dealer uses. They lane change system didn't calibrate so i advised the dealer. They said i need an original windshield not aftermarket which they had originally refused. After they installed that one the Lane change alert system still did not work. The service lady in Esserman Acura said that it was working but I went back and it was off , reading to the right. And i was told after two times i went back to the dealer that needed to bring it in again after missing all this time and them having my car for a day each time and three days worth in total time, that i would have to bring it in again but the technician said it was a ling job and i would have to leave it again . I didn't have the time so i went and called a month later and drove again to make the appointment withe the service person and she never called me back. Today i took it for scheduled service and i wanted rhem to check a piecE they removed when the windshields were installed and again was told we had to wait hours they needed it for a day or more and i needed to get a rental. Again i don't have the time. The service writer is doing this on purpose not to fix the care or the noise they caused. This is a despicable tactic and shameful. DO NOT BUY A CAR IN THIS DEALER . Worst experience ever all because they just don't fell like fixing the problem. I will take this to Acura. read more

Let me start off by saying that Bizmark from the services dept was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. With that being said, I took my car for service. Which included battery check, rotation of tires etc. they even include a complimentary car wash in the end. When my car was returned to me and as I was about to drive away, I noticed that a large cup of change I had left in the car was now almost empty. Moral of the story, if you go to Esserman for any service, DO NOT leave any personal property in the car!!! Because apparently some of their workers feel they don't get paid a decent salary and have to steal loose CHANGE from a clients car. SAD!!!!! The manager just gave me a quick apology and I never heard from them in regards to the matter again. read more

I brought my 2017 Acura TLX to Esserman International Acura for an oil change. My experience from start to finish was second to none. From the moment I drove into the service area to the time I left, all within my lunch hour, I had my vehicle serviced, washed and ready to go. All the staff I interacted with was very courteous and accommodating. They had a comfortable waiting area with fresh donuts, coffee, water and free WiFi! I would definitely recommend this service center for your vehicle needs. I will definitely keep them in mind when I'm in the market for my next Acura. Keep up the great work! read more

I recently took my car in for an oil change and some other minor services; I've had such car for about 4 years now and I've always taken it to Esserman since that's where I regretfully purchased the vehicle. Once I pulled in, to my surprise, the current maintenance employee who used to handle my car services was no longer working there(Craig was the only descent employee there). I was obviously taken a back by this. To continue, I had a 9:30a appointment(I arrived early) and upon my arrival, I discovered that I had to deal with an unknown person. At the same time, a staff member(Arelis) was walking by, I asked her if she could assist me, she gave me attitude and walked away. After waiting for almost 17 minutes, I dropped off my car with Ciro-who was highly unfriendly. Once, I left the maintenance department, I proceeded to talk to a sales associate. I had already had a bad experience with the staff, who I found to be rude and unprofessional. Not to mention that they didn't even speak English, I understand that we're in Miami but as a customer I felt alienated. Nonetheless, I still decided to stop and speak to a sales associate, in hopes of getting a new vehicle. After going back and forth to the dealership three times, nothing was resolved! I did not get any help whatsoever, they refused to let me check out my vehicle, practically forcing me to close a deal on a new car. They told me that if I bought a new car I didn't have to pay the $210 I was being charged for my car services. Since nothing was resolved and I was on a time crunch. I was forced to accept their Lyft service and leave. To then come back to close the deal. Once I came back, I felt extremely uncomfortable and harassed the entire time. The finance manager was already gone and I didn't even have my old car back! This whole experience was an absolute nightmare and I have never been more disrespected in my entire life. Esserman international is is an atrocious dealership and I'll be sure to say this to everyone I know. The sales staff is highly unqualified and rude. Nobody, managed to redeem themselves. My experienced was mind boggling from the maintenance to the sales departments. Oh! And let me not leave out Humberto from finance, who was awfully patronizing and condescending. And had to charged me to check out my vehicle at 7:30p!!! After I was forced to teach my last class in the lobby because Claudia (sales) who was suppose have my car appraisal ready upon my return, failed to do so because she was allegedly "told" by maintenance that I had checked out my vehicle.. none of this made sense! An simple oil change resulted in me wasted an entire day there! I regret ever buying a vehicle at Esserman. All in all, my visit to Esserman international was horrific! Esserman International is a filthy, unethical company and I never want to do business with them ever again. DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE! read more

My wife has an Acura from here and by far it's been the worst car we've ever leased. We've had continuous problems with the car, we've taken it in more than three times and service "can never find our issue." We've requested road side assistance and they've given us the run around for hours on waiting on a tow truck. By far one of the most inconvenient dealers, I've ever dealt with. My oil light came on the first time in my new 2017 Acura TLX and I was riding around for a little while because my intention was to come first thing in the morning one day so I could be the first customer and wouldn't have to wait, but I hadn't been able to fit it into my schedule yet. But one day around 1ish, I was in the area so I decided to call and see how long the wait was and was told it would be 45 mins - 1 hr, so I came in. From the beginning, I was promptly greeted by a friendly young gentleman who walked me through everything. The service was very personalized... they inspect your car first, then come to share with you the outcome of the inspection. At this time, they'd tell you if they found anything that required attention or cost extra, but my car was in perfect condition, so they proceeded with the servicing. I didn't time it, but it felt like 45 mins or less. I barely had time to get some free coffee and browse social media when he came back and told me my car was ready. I got the package so that I prepay each month for service, so I didn't have to pay anything. I just checked out and that was it. My car was handed over to me and had been washed and vacuumed. I like Esserman and I'm happy it's my Acura Home. I will continue to come back here for all of my car's services. read more
