It's artsy- like Grove chic. Long artists table on bottom floor (+ restroom) and upstairs another event area/ parent waiting area/ jewelry making area. The table and chairs are eclectic and effortlessly cool. Honestly this worked so well for a child bday but I can see the potential for so many other events!!! This place is a gem and should absolutely be on your rotation of event venues!!!!!

Being one of the first 25 people to show up I received a small goodie bag with a handcrafted elephant stamp, wasabi tape, a marble feather. I love going to miami flea but this place was even better. When you walked in they had free little snacks and drinks. The prices were extremely reasonable and I didn't have problems with parking. I bought a bunch of stuff from jewelry to soaps. I purchased things that I knew would be great come Christmas time. They were promoting their craft club classes and I knew this is something I would love to do so I signed up to do it with my mother. Craft club was by far the most innovative and unique thing to do in miami. Again when you walked in there was a beautiful arranged table with food and drinks to nibble on. The class was small and intimate. Perfect for Luly could go around and help if needed. Everything was individually ready with all the materials cut to size. She took me out of my comfort zone and made you feel like a pro. The class was two hours and I left with the most gorgeous succulent garden and the best mother daughter date I could have hoped for. I can not recommended creative cove enough. From the makers market to craft club you will always be leaving with creative and unique pieces. Not to mention they have a beading workshop upstairs. Still need to check out that class but I know it will be amazing after the two great experiences I had here.

Drove 30 mins to a closed event basically. Called, no answer, google said they should be open, all I can assume is someone might have been late to work ? Extremely unprofessional. Hella disappointing. Very much wanted to make a terrarium. I will be sending out an email for either a refund or to reschedule. Still have hope for this place but this is extremely upsetting. 3 months later, place is a scam. My bf never got a refund from the company, nor an email. I would go to another place. Best of luck yelpers.

The terrarium class is so original and I'm glad we did it. Everyone loved it. I can't wait to go back for painting or sculpting! She also offers a great deal via Groupon! Highly recommend for any special occasions. She's located in a business park but you can clearly tell the business by the window wrap! Super easy to find with lots of parking.

I was confused to find that the restaurant where the event was to be held was permanently closed! I called the restaurant and the phone was disconnected. I contacted Yaymaker repeatedly and the event host, Brittney to request an explanation and refund. Radio silence. There is no way to reach anyone by phone and the company refuses to resolve issues when you send emails. I'm not sure if this is a scam or if it's just an extremely poorly run business. Either way, I am out over $60 and left trying to figure out how to receive a refund from this ghost company.

There was ample room to paint, waiters walking about refiling drinks (only two waiters for a full room so it did take a while), and lets not forget the amazing energy flowing about! I remember painting in elementary school where I would get a pat in the back and think 'I'll do better next time, I suck'... But in this environment I felt like anything goes, I felt like Picasso, I felt good, and I felt like I can take over the world with my love owls! Ami was extremely open to what you want, very patient with us and our ability as an artist, she would walk around and let people know what she liked, lets not forget she was also exceptionally encouraging! Everyone used the same paint, but we are all did something different and added our own personal touches. A definite must try for anyone... Open for any age group and any type of relationship. With friends, your significant other, or someone random you want to drag along, just DO it!

When I waned in I was greeted immediately by a girl named Ivette. She told me she could take me. I was only doing one painting. So I sat down and waited... Small paintings I believe are $15. Finally Ivette came and told me that she was swamped she asked her coworker and he blatantly said no. That he was going to lunch. I felt cheated. She asked me to come back but I said no. What is the point of having walk ins? Probably won't come back. Which sucks cause it looked like a cool experience.

I have been to many painting parties and every event seems to be hurried and the painting is usually predetermined. Not that it is a bad concept but this one has many options to choose from. There are many painting on the wall, painted by the artist on hand, you can choose one of those, you can bring one or design as you go. The great thing is if you come in a group or party not everyone walks out with the same painting or even canvas! Ivette helped me every step of the way. I had an idea and she was able to bring it to life from my blank canvas to an extraordinary piece I am really proud of!! She had a room full of budding artist she was helping yet she showed patience, compassion and her talent as an artist flowed with each person in the room. Her love for art poured out as she mixed the paints to get the perfect colors and in every stroke as she maneuvered the paint brushes. If you come in, make sure to ask for her. She will definitely make your art experience a positive and pleasant one! Art is for all ages! Check it out and enjoy!
