We paid our deposit through a third-party who already refunded us however, Miami Watersport upon arrival told us that we needed to immediately pay to secure our spot. Three minutes later it started raining and they advised us that they were closing down for the day and they would not be able to refund us. Why in the world would y'all ask people to pay for something that y'all know y'all can't provide service services for. I will be leaving a review on every single platform to advise people how much of a scam this place is. And we will be seeking further legal action. The staff is absolutely rude and their Customer Service is awful. This place really needs to be shut down.

Such a smooth process and come prepared with the temporary boating license which can be found on their website. It was my first time, but the crew gave good instructions and helped us on our way. Melvin even let us store our things with him. Price: there's no hidden fees or security deposit. The price includes everything. It even includes 2 beach chairs for the day which was nice. Our original booking was with a "broker", which then was sent to Tiza Motorsports. It looks like…read morethey once company collects your deposit and then multiple companies share the reservations based on who is available. Our reservation time was communicated wrong to them, which started things off bad. Communication is a major issue that no one took accountability for. Rather than meeting at a Marina, as our reservation email stated, we were given an address to an abandoned lot that their boats pulled up to--we had to enter through a construction fence--it did not appear to be a business location. Once we arrived to the where the Jet skis were buoyed, we saw that they we all dilapidated--ripped seats, broken mirrors and fenders. We rented 2 jet skis for our son's 16th birthday. When I got on my jet ski with my daughter, it was initially beeping. The man silenced the alarm and stated "that's just the gas, don't worry, you'll be fine" and sent me on my way. Halfway through we ran out of gas. Thank God I was close enough that the man was able to see me waving my hands as I was stranded in the ocean with my 11 year old. My husband and son also ran out of towards the end of their experience. So they put us on two jet skis that were low on gas...nice. I could go on and on with additional unprofessional ways this experience went--we were charged more than we we were quoted with our original broker, 10% extra for using Zelle, (there are no fees to use Zelle like there is with a CC) a "marina" fee (for the marina we did not use), stopped us during our first 15 minutes and towed us back to their docking area stating the Zelle payment did not go through (it did, it was an issue on their side) and made our family call my bank while sitting on the jet skis in the ocean. What a complete shit-show. This one-hour rental (2 jet skis) cost us $400 in the end, frustration and disappointment. Save your money. Or, enjoy your ride...but don't go next to the bridge, near the channel, near the shore, or to the left of the buoy---so have fun in the small area you can ride circles in--oh yeah, and don't ride through any seaweed--which is everywhere.

But I was wrong! The owner called to let us know that he had an even better tour (one more suitable for what we were trying to do) at a much more convenient time! He was very patient with me while I struggled to book online. There site is super easy to navigate, I'm just not tech-savvy. When we did go out on our tour, we were given the greatest captain/instructor. Captain Sasha was so sweet and funny and knowledgeable. It was my first time snorkeling and he walked me through everything and made it all so simple. He was kind enough to take a ton of wonderful photos of my friend and me while we snorkeled.
