I scheduled an appointment as per the recommendation of my wife. I had already accompanied my wife to one appointment to meet Michelle and watch my wife get Botox. To be honest I was considering Botox but I was nervous to get anything done to my face because I still want to look like a man and not a Ken doll. Michelle had no problem with me being there and watching and I could tell right away she had great people skills. Today I went in for my first Botox treatment. I got 10 units to be conservative since it was my first time. Michelle was awesome at making me feel comfortable the whole time and answering my questions. Run from this place! Michelle has no personal integrity and needs to have her licensed revoked. She seriously screwed up my face and I went to see how she could fix it and she pretended like nothing was wrong even though my face had dropped to the point that I could barely see out my eyes. If she would have taken responsibility for the situation and worked to fix it instead of being in denial I could have worked with that. Also, her ego is so enormous she does not listen. 4 times I told her I was leaving town in a few days for several months and I needed help immediately but she kept repeating that she would see in a week or two. It was like speaking with a religious fanatic who just recites things without listening to what you are saying. I've had these treatments before, some were excellent and some were not so good. But she did the worst!!! Also, I think the other reviews on here are from her secretaries... I am seeing a plastic surgeon to see if he can correct her mistakes.
