Overall, the process is seamless and the girl working was very friendly. Our luggage was fine when we came to pick it up. Nothing missing. The girl called a cab for us to take us to the airport and it ended costing about 55 bucks, certainly cheaper than an Uber for midday, Monday travel. Cabbie arrived to pick us up right out front within 5 minutes. Dropped one star simply because the lobby needed air conditioning and it was quite warm inside as we waited to be served.

I was out in touch with Sploria who handled everything very professionally, quickly, and attentively. We chartered an Azimut yacht that cruised from Miami Beach, around the islands of the rich and famous, past the skyscrapers of downtown, and to a cool cove where there were a lot of other boaters enjoying their day. We anchored there for a few hours while we ate an awesome spread of catered food and even had a bartender preparing us all drinks. We had a seabob and an e-foil rental as well for some additional fun. Our reservations team was always super responsive, including adding an extra hour to our charter so we could drop off some friends as Casa Neos on the Miami River.
