Leonora is certified aesthetic consultant, certified clinical and medical electrologist, medical aesthetician. In the scope of her responsibilities she is knowledgeable, other wise she would never get all her licenses and certificates. Anna G Concern: "It's a MUST to take a picture of your face before and after a treatment, even if you refuse. VERY PUSHY!!!" MBC Response: "This is very praising observation, because before and after pictures should be protocol in each medical aesthetic and plastic surgery offices, unfortunately not all medical aesthetic offices include before and after pictures in their protocols. But we can proudly report that at Miami Beauty Clinic - before and after pictures is part of a protocol of each treatment to learn improvement of each procedure." Anna G Concern: "I ended up buying stuff that i don't need, like a lotion for $70,and facial soap for $36.If you refuse to buy it she will make you feel like, if you don't buy it, your skin will never look normal or good again." MBC Response: "Every medical aesthetician must teach their patients that after professional medical treatment should be appropriate home care for the best outcome of the in-office treatment. That is why Anna G was given minimum home care - prescriptive lotion and facial cleanser to continue improving her skin condition after the in-office treatment. Anna G Concern: "and the products she sold to me is from Italy and I could not even find it on Internet (very shady). After that, she asked me to call her in 2 weeks and tell her if it works (so obvious she doesn't know if it's a good product or not)" MBC Response: "But of course! Miami Beauty Clinic is the medical aesthetic office and all home care products is a medical grade products, that cannot be bought in internet, again because it's medical grade product more stronger then over the counter creams and lotions and should be sold in office and followed up by professionals. Anna G Concern: "When i came in to the office for my appointment for chemical peel, i warned her (Leonora ) that i have very sensitive skin, she didn't listen to me and washed my face with very strong facial cleanser for very heavy acne (which I don't have only have sensitive oily type of skin with open pores ) my faces turned very red ,the dermatologist got very scared and started to put on my face all kind of facial masks and collagen to calm it down ,nothing worked! MBC Response: Anna G received enzyme treatment of natural pharmacology according to her skin condition. It was great heeling response after the treatment. Usually, there should be more then one treatment to make skin function normally. Unfortunately, we weren't given this chance. Dear Anna G, we are truly sorry we did not earn 5 stars from you and if you give us a chance we will try to earn your trust and get better review. So it hilarious that the one bad review (anna G) has just horrible knowledge of wtf has to be done. ive been going to this place for years and recently i started working here. As a client Leonora and the staff treated me like family, calling me to see how im doing if i ever needed anything thats why i knew it was going to be the perfect place to start my future. i think you just might be a little sensitive "anna" because shes never pushed me to do something i never wanted to do.. i just scratched the surface this is the best part i LAUGHED SOOO HARD if you think that paying 70$ for a lotion is too much then i suggest you find something at walmart lol, you need the lotions to maintain it, it makes a HUGE difference the creams are amazing!!! the only reason you CANT find them online is because theyre medicated lotions that only a liscensed physician can sell you.if you call other places leonora has the best prices for the best quality .wow im so irritated as i write this because Leonora and the staff are such amazing people..if your getting a chemical peel OF COURSE its going to burn wtf do you think a chemical peel is..ur lucky ur face only turned red..im dumbfounded by the type of idiots we get..like i said you want something cheap go to the back ally where the asians will make you look like shrek! ur a plain dissapointment..if ur so smart then i dare you to do it yourslef cuz i guarentee you, you wouldnt know where to start...end of conversation. read more

I found the clinic because I was talking to my partner for a long time, we are over 50 and we are trying to look better so he was researching the internet and found the clinic. I had to write a review as I am so pleased with my appointment. I bought a groupon for restylane and was able to redeem it right away. When I arrived Leonora gave me great honest advice suggesting that I do not need more than the .5 syringe I bought. She was very kind and made me feel very comfortable.
