My car was even detailed when I picked it up as if I spent $250 at a custom detail place. The fact that he kept repeating himself that I will have to pay out of pocket what the insurance is not going to pay for! After so many times of repeating that it dawned on me "he was judging" ha! And to find out my A.A. sister had the same experience, she said "she left and went and bought her BMW somewhere else!
